Sat there for 15 minutes today during my lunch break while no one even acknowledged I was there. I got up and asked if they were short of help and the answer was no. I saw a couple of people sitting in the back. I left and went to Domino's.

We Order pizza for dine in and waited 45 mins while others that ordered after me got there's, ended up getting my money back because I couldn't wait any longer as we was going to the movies. 45 mins and my ordered was not even made
Poor guys 1st night on the front counter and as waiter in dining area. Some food wasn't cooked completely. Marinara sauce was ice cold and ran out of drink several times. Other the in dining area were very disappointed and left before food was brought to the table. Shift manager did make adjustments to my bill to accommodate for everything and I still tipped the 1st time new hire. He did best he knew how.

Ordered food online, Went to pick it up and was not ready. They stated they forgot to make one of my pizzas and it would be another 20 minutes or so. When I finally got my order the other pizza was and cheese sticks were cold. And the employee's were arguing about who and how the other pizza got missed. They were very loud and unprofessional!

I won't be going back, we walked in and stood for a bit then finally just seated ourselves thinking they would come help us. Mean while we saw the employees doing absolutely nothing just staying towards the back. They knew we were there because they looked up a few times but never once had anyone help us so we decided to just leave and got Wendy's instead. Not good customer service at all!!! Very disappointed in our local Pizza Hut that used to have the best pizza around and now can't even get service.

Waited over 30 minutes to be served as I watched 'lacey' vape in the store while talking to a man in the back. Saw us multiple times, when she served us she had an attitude. Took our order wrong and then said she was unable to fix it. Very disappointed.
Girl with long blonde hair was on her phone for over 10 minutes before serving me. Very rude and acted like serving us was a chore. Me and my husband are very disappointed with service.

I came in on the 13th. The manager, Joshua, was loud, rude, and aggressive. His appearance was disheveled and he cussed at us so we left. I'm never going back to that pizza hut. You couldn't pay me to do it.

I came into pizzahut last Thursday to dine in I was stopped and told that I couldn’t dine in I never in my life heard Pizza Hut tell me I could not dine in that she wasn’t waiting on me I looked at the ticket to see if I could catch her name is Lacey. The absolute worse service I’ve ever had at Pizza Hut this is by the best one I’ve been too well not no more she’s rude, vapes while bringing out food which is nasty to me. I resume to ask who was in charge and she said Joshua was well I wanted to speak to him he came off rude his hair was down which is supposed to be in a hair net I’ve seen him pick his nose before I even knew he was the manager just complete unacceptable and would not come back again!

I dined in Thursday this past week on the 22nd around 6:30-7pm, the food was good but the service was crappy the name on my ticket was Lacey, small white girl with blonde hair she is the worst worst server I’ve ever seen in my life, tables were dirty, we had to come ask for refills while her and the dude stood around on there phones talking. She didn’t check on us not 1 time.. she was beyond rude. She wasn’t even checking on the other tables or cleaning them as they left. The same mess was still on the tables when we left. The guy with long hair that’s suppose to be the manager is very rude unprofessional when we mentioned their terrible service he did not handle it in a professional manner and didn’t apologize and raised his voice at us. Not to mention he looked dirty. They was all just hanging out on there phones. I’d recommend replacing that server and manager. The girl was even at the counter vaping. I came in about a month back same server Lacey and she refused to let us dine in at that time we came. I love Pizza Hut but if I walk in and see her there or that long hair manager I’m turn around walk back out and spend my money somewhere with good service. There horrible and I don’t think I’ll come back if I have to get serviced from them.
