Ordered the braised barbacoa bowl. The white rice was very hard and crunchy. I informed the staff and the manager was very rude. Saying they had no more white rice and that I would have to settle for brown rice. I told her to try her own product so that she didn’t think I was lying. She said or do you want a refund and I opted for that. I don’t understand why they couldn’t inform me when a new batch of rice would be made. She proceeded to grab the meal from my hands and dispose of it after I received the refund lol?.

Sometimes its the best Chipotle I’ve ever had and others its just ok (dry food, under cooked rice, old guac, etc.).Its also not the cleanest. As with every Chipotle, quality control and consistency is lacking.

This is the only chipotle I’ve been to that is extremely stingy with the protein options chicken/steak. My burrito is basic. I go lite on everything and the chicken is the main portion of my burrito. The servers here literally shake the spoon until there’s like 10 pieces of chicken. I work at the mall and it’s one of the few options that are relatively healthy. Going forward I will just drive to the chipotle down the street because I can actually get a full meal and not a happy meal there.

They should close down this place. My first time coming to this Chipotle I can’t believe this people are so petty, they serve me not even half of spoon of each item. When I ask for more they say it’s extra this is ridiculous. Never coming back here ever again and I will definitely not recommend any of my friends or family to come here. Worst first experience ever! They don’t even deserve a single star, but google doesn’t allow me to post a review without putting a star.

Paula the manager is incredibly stingy and makes workers over work in many areas that are unnecessary. Food portioning is also incredibly sparse and they tend to cheap out on many areas.

Got terrible food poisoning from this location during the holidays. Ate in. Looking back I remember staff didn't have gloves on. A staff member food prepping a rice bowl behind the counter wasn't using gloves when mixing with their bare hand. Frustrated staff during a rush.

Came here Friday night. Objectively speaking, worst Chipotle I’ve been to.Food: Rice was undercooked, resulting in a crunchy/sandy texture with every bite. I ate about 1/3 of the bowl before throwing it away. This is the main reason for my 1-star review.Service: Staff was pretty grumpyAtmosphere: Not the restaurants fault, but the customer before us was yelling and giving tons of attitude and creating an uncomfortable environment. I will start by saying that I'm a big fan of Chipotle and it's one of my main go to's when I need a quick bite.However, my experience tonight is the worst experience I've ever had at Chipotle.1. The service was terrible. There was a lady a few parties ahead that also received terrible service and started getting frustrated verbally. When it was my turn to order, the individual servicing me was pretty rude, mumbled words I couldn't make out when I asked for things, and was otherwise overall unpleasant.2. The food was inedible. Usually I can get over questionable service when it's fast food but I had to throw out my burrito bowl after only a few bites. The rice was uncooked so every single bite was grainy and like eating sand.I am extremely disappointed with this Chipotle.
