Ever since the Mclean Chopt location has opened up I have been a regular. They have so many options and flavor choices to cater to everyone. I have so many favorites like the kale ceasar and the chicken tinga that I personalize and make my own. The service is incredible, everyone is super friendly. Angel the manager is absolutely lovely! The store has a great ambiance with seating that is cozy and clean.

Disrespectful staff who take joy in ridiculing customers with special dietary restrictions. The ingredients were fresh, but the staff didn't put enough dressing despite the customer's repeated requests for more.

The salad was good but could have had more flavor! It felt like it was missing something but it was still good nonetheless! I got the summer cob corn salad. I used the app to order before hand and it was super helpful because it was ready when I got there! The only feedback I have is that I wish they put your order and utensils in a bag for you instead of having a station for you to do it yourself esp if you are in a rush and just coming in to pick up something really quickly. The place had fast casual with plenty of seating!

Worst location ever. The nastiest attitude from the person making my bowl when I interrupted her conversation chatting because I asked for extra chopped. Literally she slammed the blade with one hand and said is this ok? The avocado and egg were still whole!!! Disgusted with mclean va and the management. Horrible.

I hate to write this review but I feel obligated as a consumer to share my experience. The last 2 times I ordered from here I became ill exactly 8 hours after consuming the Mexican Caesar Salad. I suspect the food storage for the lettuce, chicken and maybe the dressing might not be to code. Something is off.

Our order for seven people at McLean, VA, was complicated, but Elsa, the supervisor, handled it with amazing efficiency. What a memory: for example, she created the Palm Salad from memory since it had been taken off the menu and at the register labeled each salad accurately on the lid.Meanwhile, she also kindly guided other employees in Spanish while assembling our food. Thank, you Elsa, for your pleasant, efficient service.
I love how they chop the salads up and I can eat it with a spoon (my favorite of all the dining utensils!)$18 is a bit pricey for a salad, but I add lots of stuff and it is good for 2 meals. Plus in the app there's always great perks, and my order is ready when I want it

The salad was great but was kinda disappointed with staff. They don’t greet, keep customers waiting and don’t tell them they will be right there and also the guy that made my salad was sniffing and had a runny nose. Why not wear a mask especially working around food? Likely won’t be back to this location.

I responded to a job ad that advertised up to $17/hr.When I got there the job base pay is only $14/hr.I gave my availability as not being able to work late nights and the interview manager said that I would work nights if he scheduled me to.I lived in Arlington, VA and it only takes me one bus to get to work. The manager kept asking me why didn't I drive despite driving NOT being a requirement of the job.Complete waste of the time.

It is rare when I write a review and even more rare when I crave a salad. But in the case of Chopt on Chainbridge in McLean I hit the perfect salad that even trumps in taste less healthy fast food. So many ingredients and options to create your dream salad that I can not imagine anyone leaving there unhappy. Mo, the salad magician, creates my salad and adds some extra magic. The best part is all of this deliciousness is healthy.
