Love the ice cream, sub par customer service. We have been coming here for a while. Until my family and i finished dinner late at mosaic around 9:40 PM. We are vegan so we figured a nice place for dessert would be Jenny’s instead of the restaurant. My sister raced ahead of us there to get us some before they closed. She got to the door exactly at 10 and there were still people eating inside, and in line when she got in. As she entered, she was scolded by the gentlemen. No ma’am we’re closed! He yelled,She’s explained “ but it’s ten exactly? Can you make an exception?”No! We are closed! Please leave!The only reason it isn’t a one star is because their ice cream is great. But coming from a bartender and industry folk, trying to leave exactly at 10 isn’t always an option if you want to be successful and HOSPITABLE. Listen dude we ran across town because y’all covered the step of great ingredients. Now try a splash of patience and understanding and you would have made a family of 4 very happy on this Friday night. Not to mention a few extra bucks.Here’s a tip for the owners: How about analyzing what hours your most successful operating in? Maybe try adjusting hours if you can to 10:30? You’d be surprised what you can make in 30 mins when there’s a line as your trying to close. Closing procedure is as important as opening.UPDATE: very nice lady at the counter, friendly and warm, 5-stars, will be back
Always so good! We shared a 3 scoop bowl- rainbow buttermilk froyo, ooey gooey buttercake, and brambleberry crisp...I don't know and I forgot to take a picture....but it was all so tasty! Get the powdered key donut- that was so super yummy!
My friend and I visited this ice cream shop some time ago, looking for a place to satisfy our sweet cravings after having dinner nearby. We were immediately drawn to the pleasant decor of the shop, adorned with many pictures and images and colorful elements that enhance the overall experience. The ice cream flavors we chose were quite tasty, but we couldn't help feeling that the portions were too small for the price we paid. Additionally, the service could have been better.

Some of the best ice cream. Period. But I bought a pint and reluctantly let them hold it while I ate my ice cream. The bag they gave me as I left was someone else's pint. Partly my fault for not checking again but I am so tired of people not doing the bare minimum at their job. I shouldn't have to check behind every single human being I interact with. This kind of thing is why automation is replacing the service industry.

The salted peanut butter with chocolate chips is so tasty
Delicious icecream, a very high quality product, lots of unique flavors. The shop was surprisingly busy for a winter evening. Service was prompt and friendly. The shop itself is modern looking and tastefully decorated.

Love this ice cream place. Service is nice and the prices are pretty reasonable. I usually get the three half scoops(Trio) but the scoops are pretty big. I shared the trio with another person and it was still a lot of ice cream for both of us. Favorite flavors are Texas Sheet Cake and Gooey Butter Cake. Be wary of the Wildberry Lavender as we found it really tart and not enjoyable. The store opens late which is also a plus.
