This was one of the worst dining experiences I've had in a long time.My family and I went there for a birthday celebration. 5 adults and 3 toddlers. We were seated at 6:45pm.Things we encountered:1. The tables were uneven2. It took our waiter about 20 minutes before he came and asked us for our drinks.3. Finally, waiter brought out bread at 7:30pm. No butter and no plates.4. Once I placed the order, it took them about one hour to bring out one appetizer, which came before the salads.5. I had to personally go and talk to someone about the food.6. Finally, food came out closer to 8pm and it was disappointing. The cod fish was overcooked, mushroom ravioli was extremely salty, shrimp scampi pasta was tasteless. The only thing that was brought out in a timely manner was the bill.Unfortunately, this was my wife's first time dining there and she had high expectations. However, the experience was poor and the food was mediocre.

We bought the shrimp scampi and it was dry AS HELL!!! No sauce whatsoever. Their food is mediocre and over hyped. As well as overpriced. Be better off at Olive

The worst experience I have had at this Maggiano's location. To start off the waitress, came and left very quickly and not very friendly. My kids order kids menu, and never brought them their lemon cookies. I ordered lunch combo with Caesar salad and flat bread, my Caesar salad never arrived. We also ordered 4 classics to take home and when we got home, I only saw 3 instead of 4. Horrible experience and will never come back to this location.

I frequent this maggiano's very much and i call myself a regular and I'm familiar with some of the servers. Sadly, i had one of the worst experiences the last time i went. And i probably won't be going again. I went there tuesday night and my server went MIA after sending the wrong order. They kept on sending the runner and he doesn't speak english. After minutes of trying to understand eachother he abruptly took the food and left while i was explaining the issue. I called the manager, a lady called vanessa and after she angrily stood there while i explained the issue and said "now what is the problem?" The server(dominic) went ghost again with my food after i told him the problem for the third time. He finally sent the bill through the hostess(a really nice lady), and she told us they canceled the messed up dish. The servers ignored our calls and we had to go take our bags and to go boxes. This is by far the worst worst worst service i have ever received and I'm really disappointed. I hope someone talks to dominic and the manager vanessa, that's not a way to treat your customers

I was at the mcleen VA magianos I ordered food fo my family and my self they brought the wrong thing for me multiple times if your here there's a guy names dominc with dreds watch out for him, I think it was a language barrier, I expected my waiter to come out with my food but a random guy came out and gave me my food with multiple plates that didn't fit on my table I told him to fix he brought the same thing back just in one plate a order spaghetti with smoked vegetables and mushrooms but he brought out spaghetti with what looked like a salad on top I called over the manager her name was Vanessa she did not look like she was not listening to me. The guy that brought the food who wasn't my waiter went back inside with a look on his face and it seemed like he just handed dominc my food and said there your problem now. Over all I had a bad experience I used to love coming to magianos but today was a horrible experience if you end up coming here ask for William he's one of the best waiters I've ever had.

I had a wonderful experience at the Dallas North Park Center branch of this restaurant, but unfortunately, the taste and service at this location didn't live up to my expectations. The drinks were overly sweet, and the food quality was lacking compared to the other.

Probably the worst experience I have had at this Magianos’s. To start off the waiters came and left very quickly not allowing us the opportunity to make any additional request or even ask for more water. My throat was dry at the end and I felt food stuck in my throat. I bought a water bottle nearby on the way out because I was in a hurry. Prices also went up unreasonably.I also asked a manager to send the waiter to my table as we had 3 people with specific dietary preferences which they asked about but 2 of our family members did not speak English well and were not able to respond in time. The steak was between medium well and well done. I asked for medium and pointed out to the waiter. He said he would let the kitchen know. They did not do anything to compensate. The portion for a $40+ tenderloin plate was disappointingly small compared to most other lower cost plates that they have. No veggies or side salad like I could get for below $30 at patsys nearby and better quality. And lastly the cheesecake was less fluffy than usual and comparable to a Cheesecake Factory cake slice. In fact it wouldn’t surprise me if they went there to get my slice. I do not like Cheesecake Factory cheesecakes, they are overloaded with fat and sugar detracting from the taste. It tasted like the Cheesecake Factory Cake.

Getting a little expensive to eat family style. Other than that, good as always! Heartbroken.

WE LOVE MAGGIANOS - The Chef selection Family Style was a MONSTER HIT! Every bite of food was off the hook, The Steak, Mushroom Ravioli, The Chicken Parmesan, Calamari and I could go on and on. BUT the absolute highlight of our wonderful meal was ALICIA!!!! She was amazing and elevated out time beyond just dinner, she made it a TOTAL Experience. She was on top of everything, great advice, so friendly and fun to work with. She is the reason we will be back. Thank you to the entire staff and Alicia.Kid-friendliness: Alicia was amazing in help our 11 year old son pic the best items for him. So was JUST THE BEST!

To preface, out of my 30 years of dinning out I have never been chased down after leaving the restaurant by a waiter regarding a tip I have left.My family and I were dinning out to celebrate a birthday on a Thursday evening. Though the restaurant was not busy at the time, I understand that with a large party of 14, it would be a lot to accommodate with only 1 server. Not only were we already having issues with the waiter only putting in our orders 1 at a time, but with the delay in food coming out it really prolonged our “family meal” experience. LAURENCE (our waiter) was not as attentive, understanding, or accommodating whatsoever. As other issues arouse and speaking with “The Chef” directly, things were somewhat resolved for the moment. When the time came for the check, we paid the $737 + A 20% TIP check and left. Despite the subpar service we understood that it was a large party to accommodate for 1 waiter and still left a 20% tip.As we have already left the establishment, LAURENCE felt like he was inclined to more money and chased down the credit card holder and harassed her to come back into Maggiano’s. LAURENCE did not charge us for a “corking fee” and BELIEVED that he was entitled that to that money. After HARASSING her for more tip as he felt like he wasn’t compensated enough, she felt pressured in that moment to do so.Not only do I believe that that was incredible rude to harass one of your dinning guest but how UNPROFESSIONAL he was to do that. Thank you, LAURENCE, for ruining our dining experience and birthday celebrations. My family and I will not be dinning here anymore after 15+ years.
