Stop skimping on the mocha/caramel frappe. If I'm paying full price I should get a full serving. I'm literally paying the price for a large just to be receiving a medium frappe in a large cup. Gtfoh. Ya weren't doing this before.

This is the stingiest store owner ever! You will not get the usual allotment of sauce for nuggets,here you get 1 for a 20 piece and are expected to pay for the rest, there are no free refills, and most disappointing there is no effort at respect for preferred pronouns even if you are clearly wearing them on your person easily readable, they just assume your gender. Zero customer service effort and no sense of urgency from anyone involved with this location

Me and my partner both ordered 10 piece chicken nuggest. When we get to the window, they give us the wrong order twice. When we asked for sauce they gave us ONE SAUCE each. for a 10 PIECE NUGGET. We had to pay for more, when the sauce packets are about an inch big. I dont even think the person handing out food knew what was going on. I will just have to go to the mcdonalds in vienna instead

What the heck did they do to the Filet-O-Fish? The one they gave me a few days ago was comically miniature, like a toy, or some kind of fish slider. I've eaten the Filet-O-Fish many times, and this one was much smaller than normal. McDonald's says they haven't changed the size of the Filet-O-Fish, and some other locations still seem to have the normal size, so I can only assume that this location or its franchisees have decided to do this independently of the McDonald's Corporation.

And the app displays the caloric content and nutrition information for their menu items so you can make good choices about what to eat there. I was shopping when a large rat passed by my feet. We told the cashiers they didn't listen to us. There were 3 of us who saw that plus the customers who were eating there. It was horrible. I was paying when we felt the rat pass over our feet. It was at 2:45. p.

Please please do not come here if you value hygienic cooking methods. I'm not sure how this Mcdonalds passed the routinely hygiene check in. I was in the mall watching into the spider verse when I got really hungry. I decided to go down to the section with foods that were not in the foot court as I had previously seen that everywhere in the food court was closed. It was late- maybe 10pm or so. I don't mean to drag this story out but i feel it is important you know the details. I have been living in McLean for so long e and have always came to Tysons corner mall, not once had I gone to that Mcdonalds. Continuing with the story, I was waking down a food next to Auntie Anne's and a cinnamon roll place. I really wish I had taken a picture but what I saw next shocked me. No joke I saw a huge rat crawl under the gate of the closed Mcdonalds and run into the kitchen. Absolutely disgusting, i recommend never coming here, there may be diseases or bacteria in your food. I really hope that food control or whatever it is comes and examines this place.
