The worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. No sweeteners. My cup of pike place tasted like it had been made last week and reheated. Awful!

We ordered our drink online, but it wasn't ready when we arrived 15 minutes later. Despite the busy atmosphere, we gave them the benefit of the doubt and requested the drink to be prepared again. Unfortunately, they forgot to do so. After waiting for an additional 10 minutes, we complained to the supervisor and left. If this were NYC, they would hand out an apology gift card, but I guess they don't care here.

I had a terrible experience at this Starbucks today! I ordered a coffee online and when it came up I asked to fill up the milk the servicer refused to do that! And asked me to wait for another long line to order a different drink or pay for extra for additional. I have never experience such a bad service at Starbucks and it totally destroyed the reputation!
