Probably the best quality meat I’ve ever purchased from a store. The NY Strips only needed the famous organic butcher rub, and I’d put that steak up against any top restaurant steak that would cost $100. Highly recommend!

We have ordered high quality beef from out of state. But I can assure you there is no need to do so. The Organic Butcher of McLean is the finest! They sell only the best, and are very knowledgeable while assisting the customers what to purchase. This is your old-fashion Butcher! Don’t buy from just anywhere, when you can go to the McLean Butcher.Our kids have a taste for the best quality too - and aren’t satisfied if the meat is purchased elsewhere-:)

I bought prime rib from here a couple years ago for a birthday dinner and I legitimately have never had a steak as good before or since...headed back this year since no other butcher can compare! Great service too!

I liked the selection of products here. However, I’m concerned about the hygiene practices of the folks behind the counter. I came in expecting to get fresh meat, but opted for frozen when at least 2-3 members of the staff were hacking up a lung in plain sight. No one wants to buy meat from someone sick. It’s giving 1800s London and is extremely unappealing. I would encourage the managers to send a clear message to staff that if they are ill they should stay at home or wear masks.

A legit butcher with amazing products! The best turkey we have ever had. Ordered standing prime rib for Christmas without question. Every single thing we have tried here has been the best quality we have ever had.What makes the Organic Butcher of McLean even better is the employees are extremely helpful, answer our dumb questions, and are just very kind, good people. This is the only place we will go for our butchery needs.I can't wait to try their sausages and everything else.Oh, and their website is a normal, clean, functioning website that works. Makes ordering super easy and it's greatly appreciated.

Ordered a venison roast over a week before thanksgiving. Did not receive email or phone call for pick up. Went in to see where order was 2 days before Thanksgiving. They never put my order in. Unless you order a Turkey for thanksgiving I guess you’re not important enough to care about. Won’t ever shop here again. Thanks for ruining our holiday.
