I’ve been visiting the Palm in Tyson’s for many years. Hopefully, tonight’s visit was an anomaly. No Candian whiskey in the house. Wedge Salad was drenched in an oil dressing that I specifically asked not to have.

Friendly welcome upon arrival. Great service from Alex. We went for lunch and had the N.Y Strip Steak Salad and Chicken Parmigiana sandwich. Both delicious.

My job organized a small gathering at the Palm this week. It was a great experience from valet parking by a courteous gentleman to great tasting dishes and a lovely environment. Our waitress took care of us right away and did an excellent job.

Save yourself a lot of money and go to Olive Garden--- lol except it really isn't funny--- soup, salad and entree much better there if you can believe that! I was at The Palm about 10 years ago and man has it gone downhill. Sorta mortified by what was served.

I was so looking forward to eating here. I previously ate here years ago and it was wonderful. I was so disappointed in the food this time around. My daughter and I ordered the calamari app, the filet mignon , and lobster gnocchi and a side of mushrooms. The calamari was awful. A few were good but most pieces were so hard almost like it had been previously cooked and then re fried again it also had fried lemon slices in it which was odd. Usually it has fried cherry peppers if anything. We didn't finish it. Steak was very rare. I hate sending food back but had to have it cooked a bit more. The Bearnaise sauce wasn't a sauce it was the consistency of mayonnaise. My daughter's lobster gnocchi was terrible. They forgot her lobster tail at 1st and when they brought it it was 1/2 and so small. It was so overcooked it was dry and stuck to the shell . The gnocchi itself had no flavor and was gummy. The food had zero seasoning. Everything was so bland, not a grain of salt. This place has really gone downhill. For the amount it costs save yourself the disappointment and go somewhere else.

What a terrible experience! Lobster gnocchi, creamed spinach, potatoes au gratin, filet mignon chocolate cake and cocktails ranged from bad to worse. The two diners who had the filet both woke up so sick they could not attend the event the next day we had all gathered for. Server was excessively talkative and jokey. An embarrassment at the prices they charge.

I visited for a business meeting event in private dining on a Monday evening. The ambiance was very nice and welcoming. The restaurant has an open feeling and there is a bar. Service was very good and attentive. The meal was preselected and it was very good. There was chicken parmigiana, filet and salmon. Everyone enjoyed their meals. I stayed at the Ritz next door so did not have to worry about parking. Overall I recommend.

$78 for a bone-in ribeye? The place was a huge rip-off, esp. because the food was not that good. My wedge salad was Way too salty, wife's Sea bass was undercooked (so that she had to send it back to grill it so it wasn't cold in the middle), & I had to pick the clams out of the shell in my linguine with clams. They were going to charge me $9.50 for Tuscan spring water until I pointed out that I'd ordered bubbly (should've just said tap water).

Another amazing date night at the Palm. I went away from my usual steak to try the pappardelle bolognese and was very happy I did- it was outstanding. My wife and I were served and enjoyed our dinner in the bar where we were very well taken care of by Dennis and the rest of the wait staff. True perfection!

This a wonderful more upscale steak and seafood restaurant located in Tysons. My husband and I came here for his birthday and decided to sit in the bar area and take advantage of the Hour Hour deals. The food is always good when we come here. The service we had this time around was okay. Definitely could have been better as it took a bit to see her when we needed something.

Honestly, I was disappointed: 1. Tomatoes in the caprese salad were crunchy. I realize it's off-season for local tomatoes, but these should not have made it to my table; 2. The lamb chops were excellent and perfectly cooked, but only two now instead of three as in the past. I suppose to compensate, they came with black truffle risotto (undercooked) and boring green beans (also undercooked and devoid of seasoning); 3. The outstanding pumpernickel is gone. The carrot cake - no longer on the menu but somehow still available - was excellent, even with its unnecessary caramel drizzle. Service was good, but not outstanding. We were seated next to the private room, and it was very loud.

The Palm is always a great experience. The bar scene is busy and fun- definitely a mix of business , family and frequent visitors . Showing up with someone whose face is on the wall always helps the experience. I like everything g on the menu and tu deserts are amazing. The seafood is always great quality ; steaks are excellent. Family style for the apps and sides is the way to go.
