I love this chicken, better than their competitors. This chicken was hot and juicy. The biscuits were warm, buttery, and fresh. Oh baybeee! Don't forget the strawberry jelly. Delish!
They are supposed to be open at 5:30 am but at 6:20 am they were still not open. There were employees in the building, but I guess they just didn't want to open yet because they were peeking around the corner watching us.

We pulled in the drive through at 7:30 and sat there for about 25 minutes before pulling up to the window because no one answered us. We then sat at the window for 5 minutes while the workers walked by and deliberately ignored us. This isn’t the first time we’ve been here and no one has has done their job.

The cashier had a great smiling personality which gave them the three stars but the restaurant was out of almost everything that I ordered The manager they had a he really didn't care attitude if you asked me the cashier should be the manager. Kudos to the cashier.

So I come here anytime I go to the bjs off 295. I came tonight and ordered the bo chicken sandwich in the drive thru and told them no mayo.... the gentleman st the window was kinda rude to another employee because My order wasn't ready yet. Then he proceeded to give me the order. I left as I had somewhere to be and when I opened my sandwich to put ketchup on it IT had MAYO ON IT! So that was unfortunate as I was already back on highway and couldn't turn around so a waste of 10 bucks for this meal. So disappointing

It clearly states they are open at 5:30 am, lights are on inside and to the drive thru menu cars in parking lot … sit at drive thru for 10 minutes then call them, it is 6:56 am and they tell me they don’t open till 7 and the website is wrong.
