Loved loved loved the ice cream! Stopped by after a pool day with the family and sat outside to enjoy our sweet treat! The server was so NICE! It was my first time there, the kids were excited & I had questions. He was patient and super attentive. There are tables under a tree near the parking lot which allowed us to eat the ice cream before getting back in the car.

Great place to get ice cream. Large Selection and Tasty Treats. Tried one of their Apple Dumplings, and it was delicious! Nice warm pastry with the cool ice cream. What a great combination. They do have a drive thru. Many of their locations don't, so it's a bonus. We've been coming here for years, especially after our kids' doctors appointment to get a treat.

Stopped here thursday BEST place in town for ice cream...PERIOD.Wonderful staff and AMAZING service.The variety of flavors is outstanding, the portions very GENEROUS. Staff is very friendly, courteous and flavors are always available. Plus they have drive thru no need to get out of your car. I LOVE the following flavors Starwberry, Pistachio, Butter pecan, and Pistachio and saffron ice cream.They are open all year round because ice cream is a basic year round need. They have amazing deals with coupons, free or discount on your birthday and free ice cream with points so make sure to download the app.I LOVE this place and encourage everyone to take your family here. The regular sundae was amazing! The ice cream ja super creamy and the whipped cream along with the hot fudge compliment it so well :) Service was really fast and everything was created as soon as I ordered something! One of the best places for ice cream you can find in Mechanicsville.

I went to the Bruster's on Bell Creek Rd in Richmond VA. The worst customer service I've had at a Bruster's. First I ordered a waffle bowl with Cake Batter and New York Cheesecake. The waffle bowl was below 1/2 way of the plastic container. I asked the manager and he said that's the way it is. So I'm guessing after I asked about that he felt a way because I got a 1/2 of scoop of the 2 scoops of ice cream I asked for. He's attitude was take it or leave it. I will not return to this one.

It was not busy at Bruster's when my friend and I went through the drive through. I imagine that might of been because it was rather cold outside. We both ordered a hot fudge sundae with a brownie. The service was quick and the sundaes were of good size and very tasty! Plenty of hot fudge and whipped cream topping. I highly recommend if the other items are as good as we got today!

This location has gone way down hill. Last time we came, they messed up my order. The girl who took my order seemed new and it took a long time for her to make it so a line had formed. For that reason, I ate what she gave me. Came to give it another try and this time their shake machine was "down." Hard to believe since the car two ahead of us seemed to have gotten one. There were three people working and we sat, waiting for one sundae (because the shake machine was down) for around 5 minutes. It appeared one person was trying to close and two were following each other around making my sundae. We will likely give this location one more shot as it is the closest to our house. I do not have high hopes, unfortunately.

This ice cream shop is awesome! If your next to it you should definitely make it a point to stop in and grab something cold to beat the heat . Regardless of all the bad reviews me and the miss's had to try this place out. There line was huge and everyone was stuffing their faces. I tried the salted caramel sea salt chunks with the butter pecan in a waffle cone and let me tell you I almost wanted to order a second one. Misses ordered a peanut butter cup bowl and it was bigger than her face. It was huge Ok . Bring the kids bring the family , Grammy would love it. Oh and the service, servers were down to earth cool . Hi give guys
