The food is always delicious, hot and fresh. The staff there are so nice and love to carry on a conversation with you . The prices are reasonable and there's always some to take home.Vegetarian options: Almost any option for food that you get there could be made with no meat.Parking: There's generally plenty of parking even though the restaurant shares parking with other businesses.Wheelchair accessibility: There's wheelchair access with no issues into the restaurant, navigating through the restaurant as well as restroom usage.

I’m not sure where the bad reviews are coming from. Every time I have called they have been friendly and professional and haven’t messed up a single takeout order. We have done takeout and delivery and it has always been perfect. They even gave us free Chinese donuts as a surprise last time! Also, I think it’s so nice that they offer Thai food as well as Chinese. Their pad Thai is phenomenal and my husband loves their sesame chicken. ❤️

Hanover lacks good restaurants. Chens off Pole Green is the only Chinese restaurant I've found from Mechanicsville to Ashland that is good.

The food is not bad, it’s the lady that usually works behind the counter. For the past few times that I’ve been there she’s been rude… ex: we were having a friendly conversation , she asked me what my name is and I told it’s Jordan… then she had the nerve to say “that’s a boy’s name and laughed at me” then she kept looking at me to make sure I wasn’t a guy. It’s sad I actually liked going to lunch here, but won’t anymore!!!!

It was ok, I might go back but not to dine in. Service was good, food was good but nothing was great and a bit overpriced for what you get.

Poor customer service! The owner wasn't friendly, and her face always seemed to be frowning. I miss Benny. This was my second visit since the previous owners left, and it will also be my last. Additionally, I ordered three items for takeout, but only received two. I didn't go back. I'm done!

The food is amazing and traces to my Chinese heritage! The orange chicken is amazing! Really double check the menu for this symbol for spicy: ?️. That means spicy. You probably can get a little to no spicy if you ask the waiter/waitress. Wonton soup is great, let it cool off before eating it.Dietary restrictions: Has options for dietary restrictions so that really helps!

Hello Neighbors! If you enjoy General Tso's Chicken, let me recommend Chen's. For years we've gone there and the General Tso's Chicken is always hot, fresh, and crispy. Add in some hot and sour soup and some fried rice and it's one of the best remedies for a chilly autumn or winter day. :)

Think old school NY Chinese. HOT mustard n duck sauce with chips at the table. The shrimp I got came out in a fantastic red sauce that was well spiced. Unlike most places these days using brown gravy for everything. Lots of red lacquer and a warm old school vibe. The lunch combos are fire.

Do not get the walnut shrimp. Terrible and a waste of my money. I tried to eat 1 shrimp and it was like a box of white sugar. I had to throw it away. I have neverseen any walnut shrimp like this. Pure sugar.

We were very pleased with the food quality today. We hadn’t been here for some time and glad we returned.
