Incredibly noisy little restaurant. The place was packed but they still had the 80s blasting over the stereo. Made it hard to think.Waitress forgot our apps, but we weren't charged so no biggie. Portion size is tremendous. They're unfortunately giving customers two meals for the price of one. Food flavors and everything we're downright excellent. Would go again, just ask them to turn the background noise down a notch.

So my mom and I did a little decorating for our Adult-o-ween festivities next week and we needed a few more items and something good to eat! Opted to re-try Francos (Mechanicsville location) and it was pretty tasty! I ordered the chicken parmigiana dinner (two cutlets and a huge side of spaghetti) which is paired with your choice of salad and garlic knots. I got the house salad to include the ranch dressing (2.8/5) just a basic salad but the ingredients were fresh! The chicken parm was good and plentiful (3.9) the sauce was a little watery but overall good dish and enough for leftovers ($16.95). The garlic knots could use more garlic butter but good (3/5). My mom ordered the small plate lasagna ($10.95) which also came with a salad and garlic knots. Her rating of the entire meal (which to her was great portion for a smaller appetite) was a (3.5/5) a lot of meat sauce which was tasty.

The salads were good and our the young man who was out server was wonderful. Making sure we were taken care of and very curtious.Nice relaxing atmosphere. The service was very fast.Vegetarian options: There are good options for people who are vegetarian.Kid-friendliness: Very family oriented and kids friendly.

I work in Richmond occasionally and discovered this restaurant, love the food. I try to go there whenever I’m in town.
8/10 I ordered a gnocchi with vodka sauce, my partner ordered a calzone with meat peppers and onions. It was absolutely delicious. The only complaint I had was that the noodles were undercooked so they were slightly too chewy. Besides that, it was hands down the best dinner we've had. This is our weekly Italian date spot. We recently starting using their Thursday special of a takeout large pizza for 10$, it was very fresh and yummy. The sauce was delicate and the cheese was prominent and generously topped. The crust was seasoned and perfectly crunchy! The staff is courteous and kind. Definitely give it a try! It was extremely clean, efficient, and the air smells of fresh spices. Exactly what you would want for an Italian restaurant. Also, they had Dog the Bounty Hunter on the TV on silent and that's pretty cool too.

Owner was very rude and unprofessional. Very disrespectful and angry. He was so confrontational I thought he was going to try and fight my fiancé and I. While we were parked behind the building collecting pallets from the PetSmart there. Will never do business or recommend this business to anyone..!!
