Was the worst subject I have ever gotten from Jersey Mike. Hardly to no meat. A lot of cheese as it was supposed to be but the meat was not what we had been getting. The cook was talking and. It focuses. Asked for extra peppers but there were no peppers.

I’ve been going to this location for over a decade and unfortunately it has gone completely down hill! I had a hot Phili ordered to go… they messed up the order. They remade it and it was completely wrong again.I waited over 40 minutes from when my order was placed to have two hot subs made.Their resolution to fix it was “write my name in the book” after I already use my earned points for a sub…. So I could get a sub another day. They completely wasted my time, and wasn’t willing to do anything extra to compensate for it.

The place was packed and Door Dash orders were coming in too, but the team was calm, fun and polite! Our sub was fantastic!Parking: It's a little challenging to get to, due to store location.
Food was delicious and customer service was top tier. Made sure to leave them a nice tip.

I heard that they had gluten free bread and was looking forward to trying it. I went in and asked for the gluten free bread. The server changed his gloves after he had any contact with any other bread after this. The next server was informed of this and changed his gloves as well. The original server got a knife out of the back that was cleaned appropriately and the knife was used for the rest of my service there with no contamination of any gluten products! I really appreciated this and I will forever recommend this restaurant!!! Also, the sandwich was absolutely delicious! Thank you!
