Absolutely wonderful. Had the southern Bennie , a great spin on the Benedict. Eggs were perfect. I highly recommend checking them out. Staff is friendly and fast.

Amazing waitress tonight filled with great recommendations for us as first timers! We started with the French onion dip and homemade chips! Yumm! The guys got the cheeseburger and were disappointed it was a frozen patty. The Lizzy BLT was great! Chicken was moist and the avocado was perfect. Topped dinner off with a fresh cinnamon bun! Great place to enjoy!

We went for breakfast on a Saturday morning around 8am and it wasnt very busy. The ambiance of the restaurant was better then two other local places we visited since being here in VA. I ordered the Californian with Wheat toast and home fries, my wife had the 3oz steak and eggs with home fries and we shared a cinnamon bun. The food was good and hot except our home fries were cold. The servers was good and attentive. I would recommend Matrys to others and will become a frequent customer. See you again soon.
First time and was not disappointed. Staff was super friendly and service was great. It is a bit noisy during lunch so it was hard to have a good conversation but that won't prevent me from returning.

This is a very popular local restaurant. I have never been disappointed with their food. They have a great selection. They are often busy yet usually quick to seat customers. With some advance notice they always accommodated a group. They also have outdoor dining weather permitting.
