I call this the best McDonalds in Virginia. It is off of exit 41 A on Interstate 295 that goes around Richmond. It is about halfway between where I live in Chesapeake and our family members in Northern Virginia. We mainly use the drive-through. The staff is friendly and the service is fast. Our orders have always been correct and the drinks are well calibrated to give the perfect carbonation. It is obvious that management cares about delivering a good product.

Yeah been in there millions of time but when’s you come back all the time they’re not nice to you and they don’t want to take your order!!!! They were kids friendly but so far ic lately NO kids friendly unless you one of them!!!!??♀️??♀️??♀️Vegetarian options: I’m not vegetarian sorry ?Dietary restrictions: If you want no meats then jus order side saladKid-friendliness: Yeh when’s my baby’s birthday ? she wants ice cream ? but then she turns around said to me the customer that’s it’s not my baby’s birthday ? and that’s i don’t want to pay for the ice cream ? which she never did get!!! I'd give zero stars if possible sadly this is the McDonald's location our DoorDash defaults at. Every time they get everything wrong on our order and I know they should be able to read so they are probably just lazy tbh. you order two cheeseburgers and they give you nuggets instead and you're supposed to get 2 fries only receive one that's stone cold and drink machine is supposedly broken I will be looking into contacting the franchise management or some higher up as they cannot seem to get anything done

My food was absolute garbage, service was horrible. doors were locked, so someone had to let you in. Machines were broken and were still charged for things we didn't get. forgot food from the bag. Would never come here again. The amount of people standing around because of them being so understaffed is insane.
