This Moe's location had closed for a while during the pandemic, and reopened not long ago. Last night I got the Mo's bowl, with chicken and loaded with toppings. Have leftovers for lunch today. I had forgotten how great that food is! Definitely will return.

This moes has really fallen off. Not sure if it's a new manager but went in on a Saturday and the workers didn't even greet us (not even a welcome to moes?). Also ingredients looked old and even though they were slow they weren't wiping down the tables so they all had food on them. Will not go back.

My friend and I came in around 7:40pm to eat. Usually you get the shout out of “Welcome to Moe’s!” when you walk in the door but we were completely ignored. We stood at the counter waiting to place an order and the only employee visible was sitting down on a prepping table with his feet crossed and shoes on table while playing on his phone. We had to shout out to him to get his attention. We were too hungry or we would’ve ate elsewhere as this just doesn’t seem sanitary to have an employee sitting on a food prep table with his shoes touching it. He wasn’t the friendliest associate either and couldn’t even understand half of what we wanted. This store hasn’t even been open again for a year yet and this is standard service since the reopening at the beginning of this year since COVID shut it down. I don’t know who the new management is, but it really needs to get shut down again. It’s always dirty inside, pee all over toilet seat, floor is sticky around soda machine, and the employees can’t even speak English. While leaving, we noticed half of the tables were dirty with food, napkins, etc on them. The trash was overflowing - I couldn’t even put my trash inside, I had to just set the tray with trash on top. Meanwhile, the employees were just standing there behind the register looking bored. This place was good years ago. Since the reopening it's not the same. The floor is dirty, the bathroom sinks look like they rarely get cleaned, the booths are cracked, and the overall cleanliness is not what you normally experience at Moe's. The staff was flat. There was one party of 2 when I walked in with no one in line and it was peak lunch, that should tell you something. I probably won't return anytime soon.

I have never given a bad review for a food industry but this has blown my mind away. On September 9th I had placed an order through the app. It had told me that it would be delivered to my home. I placed it and then got a notification that I needed to pick it up. At that time I couldn’t since I was in the processes of doing something else. I immediately called to see what had happened and was told that they don’t deliver. I told them it was okay but asked if I could just please get my money back since I wouldn’t be able to get it. I was told that they couldn’t do that only corporate could. The person that I talked to was rude and laughed at me multiple times when I brought it up to him. I then called corporate to see what they could do and I was told that my refund would be back in my account in 78 hours. I then called today (September 26th) and was told that the store handles the refunds and that they declined to give me my money back. I would never want this to happen to someone else so please watch out.
