I prefer Papa Johns pizza, but I'm so annoyed with the store at 7111 Mechanicsville Turnpike. Every Friday I order a cheese pizza with extra cheese. Every Friday, whether I carry-out or have it delivered, I have to ask for a remake because they didn't put extra cheese.WHAT is wrong with you, managers and employees?? Giving me a free pizza every week because you couldn't be bothered to add extra cheese? Great for me; bad business for you. SMH and eating for free.

If you get a stuffed crust pizza, it will be doughy in the middle. Even if you ask for it well done, they don't honor that. We've been ordering from here for 2 years, and there has not been one single time that we have gotten pizza from this place that we haven't had to put it back in our own oven/air fryer and finish cooking it. The oven is the heart of your business. Why are you neglecting it, sending out uncooked food, and calling it 'better pizza?'

Received the heart pizza tonight and it was horrible. As flat as cardboard and tasted like cardboard. No flavor. Extremely small and to top all of that it was burnt. And I did not choose the well done option. Definitely not worth the price. Felt ripped off.

The children (employees) in here are yelling and cussing at each other. 3 different employees have asked me what my name was and have walked away never to be seen again. My order was "ready for pickup" 30 minutes ago. I realize it's a busy day, but there's no excuse for the attitude and negligence here.

Part of our order was not delivered, then we were told that we would have to go to the store and grab it. I pushed back because if I paid extra for delivery, I should not have to go into the store. I was told there was nothing they could do, and then they kept me on hold for almost 15 minutes for a manager to never pick up the line. I’m sure during football season they are busy, but this was ridiculous.

I ordered delivery online and the order came rather fast for a 4th of July weekend. The driver was really nice but didn’t read the delivery instructions and was confused on where to go. When I got my order, everything was there but when I opened the pizza box the pizza was not cut. The cinnamon pull aparts were also not cooked all the way and the wings were burnt. We had to cut our pizza and should not have to do the work papa johns is supposed to. Not very happy.

Absolutely do not go to location! Wish I was able to load a picture of my order. Cheese sticks, only half of it has Cheese. Large pizza same deal, total rip off.

As a man who loves cheese and dairy products I was inclined to order the new stuffed crust and it was incredible. Always liked Papa John's but usually chose a place offering stuffed crust over the Papa. Never again! And the dessert options are insane!

Terrible customer service. Placed an order online 30 minute arrival time. 1 hour 10 minutes later still no pizza. Called and the girl that answered offered no apology just voided my order. Sad
