Located in a crummy, weedy shopping center parking lot, inside a tiny shed that's been here a long time. CASH ONLY. We had good service from a young staff and will continue to come back!

Today was the only day I have ever been disappointed with Sno Shack. I have been coming here for years. I felt like a disappointed little child. I chose Sno Shack over Starbucks. First my order was given to another customer. The clerk retrieved it from the customer removed the spoon and but a new spoon in and handed it to me. I said ma'am he ate out of it. She proceed to make me another and it fell in the sink. It lost some ice. She added more ice and pushed down with her hand. She was the person who took my payment. Money carry so many germs. She wasn't rude, but my feelings were crushed. I thought about this treat the whole time I was in therapy:(
