Like someone else shared they seem to shoot themselves in the foot by having managers meetings during the midday and leaving the poor souls on the counter to handle customers through the drive-thru that are lined up around the building and about 15 people inside. They think customers don't notice this but we do we're very alert. Also the staff can be extremely Moody sometimes friendly sometimes on edge could be their overworked, Or they're just in a bad mood who knows. Some of these associates are very nice like Noah Justin and Jake and a few others. They have a new manager maybe things will change. I do miss some of the associates who left like Chloe, Renee, Jackie, Miles the list goes on. They were always kind.

After waiting 3rd in drive thru for 15 min then noticing 5 more cars accumulated behind me, I had to pull out, park and go inside in attempt to retrieve my black coffee. After an additional 10 min. I received my order. There were only 2 employees working and at least 6 over in a corner at a “ staff meeting “. At 5 pm what manager actually schedules a meeting leaving your 2 employees as sitting ducks that obviously were beyond sinking. To whom it may concern, this is on you and should be ashamed of your representation from a leadership position . Had I not come inside this would’ve totally reflected on the service as a whole. In this case it was all you, OWN IT. Perhaps rethink the message you’re sending.

Person at the window did not even speak to me when I paid or received my drink and the drive through line was the longest I've ever had to sit for any so. This is a new location and im highly disappointed.

Saturday at 10:45am. No other cars in drive thru. Ordered and paid for a Venti latte. Got a tall in a Venti cup. Your core job function is making a cup of coffee... right?Already halfway to work before I see it. I'll be going to Rivers Coffee Co from now on. This is trash.

This Starbucks is insane. Not only is the parking lot incredibly small, packed and hard to get though. The wait times are 20-30 minutes even with mobile pick ups.Order ahead, still waiting 30 minutes. Drive the distance to another Starbucks. They are extremely high volume, i understand That but they need to get it together.

Absolutely love this Starbucks!! I've been coming here since it opened, today I spilled my drink right when I got home I went back up there and they remade it and gave it to me for free!! You have a customer for life over here!!
