The sweet potato side was half the portion it used to be and it smelled weird and was way softer like it was rotten. The wrap was ok but very poorly put together.

The staff is kind of rude, I watched one employee put together a bowl using her bare hands to place the fruit, and then the turkey bacon ranch sandwich I ordered still had the paper on the meat.

I walked in just now. The worker looked at me, went into kitchen, and ignored me for nearly 10minutes. I was the only person in the store waiting. I ended up just leaving and a few minutes after the employee got in her car and left. Really strange and poor service.

I said id never go back… but i did. I walked up to the register and saw an employee making a wrap without gloves. I thought that was wild enough. 5 seconds later she turned her head and her long hair touched the wrap. I left. About 5:25pm on 10/14/23 in case the owners wanna pull cameras. Hope you guys are gone soon and something better can be put in this suite.
Just wanted to write a quick review about how unwelcoming the short little manager lady just made me feel.Usually the staff is great, and I'm sure they still are.Never met this lady but she was snarckie, dismissive, and rude. All in less than 30 seconds.Hope corporate sees this and tells her that customer service is almost 100% of being in the food service industry.

If you’re looking for horrible service this is the location for you! On 3 separate occasions I have tried to give this location a chance but the workers are awful and terrible representation of this company. 1st experience: Pre-ordered on the mobile app due to having a short lunch break during the work week. Order was not even started by the time I arrived at the empty restaurant (I see why) and exceeded the promise time by 20+ mins. 2nd experience: Pre-ordered on the app, order was completed on time and waiting in the cubby however I needed to add more to my order upon arrival. I ordered at the kiosk then grabbed my mobile order and sat down. The female employee rushes over to me with an attitude and raised her voice at me “THATS NOT YOURS”. Not only was she rude but also in the complete wrong - pick a struggle. 3rd experience was today around 2:45 pm. There’s two female workers. One is in the back actively making a wrap order and the other one had walked right past me, no greeting, and was more concerned about something she was staring at outside. I didn’t realize she was an employee until as I’m standing at the counter waiting to place an order, she walks right past me again, doesn’t speak and goes directly to the back. The employee making the wrap glances at me a few times then after severals minutes of me just standing there, she asked her co-worker that was looking out the window if I had placed my order yet. At that point I answered for her that I did not and walked out.
