A hidden gem! Food was AMAZING way, way beyond expectations. Friendly service and if they are busy, totally worth the wait but my experience was hot, fresh and DELICIOUS!!! And this is only the food. Pet friendly so bring your best non-human friend and enjoy a few hours of something special and different. You won’t be disappointed.

The food was absolutely delicious. The prices are a bit high, especially for the area, but to understand locally sourced foods and the cost associated with them is to understand their pricing.
This place is a hidden gem. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner here tonight. The eggrolls were sooooo different and delicious. We also ordered the chicken sandwich and the Lions Mane "crabcake" sandwich and both were fantastic. The "crabcake" sandwich contains no crab but taste just like a real crabcake sandwich and the lions mane had the exact consistency of crab. ?The portions are great and sandwiches are served with a bag of Route 11 chips. I really love how they have locally sourced meat and mushrooms.The atmosphere is a whole vibe! I love the feel of the whole place! From outside seating with tons of games, to inside where you have merchandise to browse while you wait for your food, this place is perfectly set up. The owners/staff are very pleasant as well!Now let's talk desserts!!! Wow! Delicious is an understatement. All are handmade by their wonderful pastry chef and change depending on the day. The Banana pudding is O.M.G and the Reeses Peanut Butter cheesecake is divine!I very highly recommend this lil' gem!

Mediocre food at outrageous prices. We tried it a couple times and probably will not go back. Both times the people working were more interested in their private conversation than customer service. There were also kids running around yelling. My wife got hut by a kid on a scooter. Not a huge deal, just mildly annoying.

Very welcome and pleasant surprise to see this spot on the side of the road on Route 360. Fun, friendly and pleasant cafe/market with great food, good beverage options (including beer), local coffee, homegrown mushrooms, and even Nightingale ice cream sandwiches!

Great stop on a long drive with pent up kids! Got some ADORABLE little mushroom souvenirs, kids ran around, played ping pong and a little table foosball game, LOVED the fries. Hubby likes farm fresh and interesting, so this was a great treat for him. Kids weren't so adventurous and got grilled cheese and chicken tenders. I enjoyed the turkey basil wrap! Definitely delighted to have found this today and plan to make it an intentional stop in the future!*It may not look like it, but there IS an indoor restroom!

Aim to please because it's better for you foods. So let's mention comfort food? Heck yeah, if your feeling good, you're going to enjoy life more. Try it. You're going to be part of the crowd driving a fair distance to eat better food that's better for you.Atmosphere is crazy good, I'll leave photos of the patio area.The good is cooked very well, it's very tasty, and your going to feel satisfied for way longer.

This is an awesome fun restaurant in Meherrin, with an interesting menu which includes the use of different types of mushrooms, which are handgrown in their own facilities. The chefs here are amazing.

Best burger in the area. The fun guy burger! Desserts are also wonderful. Outdoor dining butt they are working to add some indoor seating. Currently very nice covered outdoor area with outdoor games.

Fun Guy Market offers a relaxing outdoor venue to break up thc trip between Richmond and Danville, VA. Buttermilk fried chicken sandwich and the Lion Mane "Crab cake" sandwich are a treat you won't forget. Many Virginia made food/snack products in the store. A truly unique experience!!

Very healthy experience. Don't say you don't like mushrooms until you have tried their creations. The only thing needed here is more food selections & enclosed restaurant. This market has it going in the right place with great food. I found mushrooms so can you.
