Service is usually pretty quick and has steadily improved over the years. Staff is always friendly, professional and courteous. Seems like they have a new MGMT team because they prepare orders much more accurately lately and service is noticeably faster

Went Bojangles on midlothian on Feb 18. My husband and I love their chicken and sausage and egg biscuit. That what I order each time I go there. Sadly to say thelast time. When I walked in I stood at the register for 5 minutes eas not acknowledged. Them a young lady that was standing by drive thru came over . She took my order played it was on the counter and walked away. I stood there for another 10 minutes, Noone said anything about my order. Young guy came up I asked to speak to a manager, he stated he was. I explained my situation. He went over to the drivethru ask the young lady to get my order. Their customer service is terrible.

Customer service is the worst, they can't even answer a simple question, they make fun of people who come to eat for the first time and talk to them with a bad mood.
The tv commercial for the grilled chicken rice bowl looked very appetizing so I gave the place one more chance. I waited a long time while they filled drivethru orders. Then I waited for my rice bowl for another long time. It's important to get a sauce with it as it was dry & mushy. I found a long piece of the plastic covering in my mouth. I had so far had a good day & didn't want to spoil it by returning the unused major portion back to the counter but they probably would not see it sitting there for 2 hours. I didn't even get the biscuit that goes with the bowl. The place was desolate. I'll continue to eat the best fried chicken around Hull St. at Popeye's.
