“Y’all I haven’t even eaten the food yet. The service at this place is world class. Reminds me of the southern city Richmond used to be before all these rude folks moved here from northern Virginia. Kind, courteous and happy to be in service. “
“While visiting for the holidays we wanted to try a local spot and was recommended Triple Crossing Brewery. We arrived and was seated quickly even though it was very busy. Kerry was our server, she was sweeter than southern sweet tea. With this being the first time there Kerry gladly suggested we try the fried chicken sandwich with buffalo sauce and the hot honey pepperoni pizza. So we took her up on those recommendations and ordered both. The pizza was delicious! The combination of sweet, savory and spicy danced across my pallet bringing my tastebuds to life! The chicken sandwich was just as delicious as the pizza! The chicken was fried to perfection (almost as good as my grandma makes… but don’t tell her I said that) and the buffalo sauce added a welcoming kick to an already amazing sandwich! The cherry on top was washing this delicious meal down with an ice cold pint of Czech dark lager. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting and while you’re there ask for Kerry, she will treat you right.“
“Love this place! We’ve been visiting since they opened. Why have I not done a review?!?!1) super friendly2) awesome beer3) great food truck rotation4) great musicThe Grateful Dead vibe is authentic. Don’t be fooled. This team is truly passionate about making great beer.No stop in Richmond is complete without getting pint (or 5). Tell them the old guy sent you.“
“The OG craft beer bar to hang out, meet other cool people and let loose in Richmond. Still the king! RVA is lucky to have The Answer Brewpub and Mekong. An is the man. Come drink great beer, eat tasty food and play pinball with me and other beer nerds!“
“What a great surprise brewery. Extremely friendly beertender (Gregory) with some great recommendations for brews. They also have seltzers and wine. We are not IPA fans but Gregory gave us 2 samples of their IPA's that were very very flavorful and not overly grapefruit flavorish. Blame it in Basil and Acid Rain. Both excellent. We had the Festbier and the Swift Creek Light Lager. Both excellent again! Great family atmosphere. Dog friendly outside due to no wall separating brew area from drinking area. They have a food truck with a somewhat limited menu but understood. If you've never been here you will not be disappointed!“
