Can get busy (and slow) at dinner, especially on BOGO nights. Service has always been friendly, but servers are sometimes too busy to keep drinks from going empty.Wings are good. Sides can get a little stale sometimes.My son and I like to come after practices, and we enjoy the atmosphere.Parking lot always seems full.

I ordered take out. The sandwich was fine, but the fries seemed stale. They were hard and dry… just awful!Parking: It would be nice if they had specific parking for pickup.

Doesn’t bother to notice details of order, takes 20 mins longer than a scheduled pickup time and leaves items out of the order. When I call to ask for a credit for that item I never received, I’m left on hold and no one answers to assist.

This location is absolutely horrible from the host to the manager. I ordered wings and fries through their website and it was outsourced to door dash. Upon calling because my fries were missing along with my ranch and I was in a round about way told we don't care that we messed up your order and there's nothing we can do or are even willing to do to make it right. The girl on the phone gave me an attitude because I said I'd like them to contact door dash and send us our fries and ranch. We ordered through them because we had been drinking and we would rather be responsible and not drive. Now my girlfriend's daughter is going to bed hungry and all she wanted was fries. Also our wings were cold when they got here and they didn't seem to care about that either. I was told contact DoorDash even though it went through THEIR app. DoorDash was in no way at fault. This was ALL on Buffalo Wild Wings.

I actually hate to write this review because the services especially in the bar area is pretty good. The servers and bartenders are doing the best they can under the poor management here. I frequent this location 1-2 times a week to support the the servers that we've become friends with but my dislike with the restaurant itself hit a boiling point our last visit. The bathrooms are always absolutely disgusting. toilets stay clogged up, stall is missing a door and the floor stays covered in urine. On our last visit I'm assuming a employee mopped the floor in the bathroom (shocker) and into the hallway. I went to take my son to use the restroom and he slipped up on the sloppy wet floor in the hallway which had no wet floor sign. I immediately started informing employees of the situation and danger. My son is screaming in pain on the floor and the only thing they did was put up a wet floor sign next to him. Not one person checked on his well being and we never saw a manager. We left and will never return! I'll take my money to Glory Days

The bar had good service. Re-tried this place after convincing myself the food didn't suck. 5 years later, food still sucked.All the crispy food was soggy and all the moist food was dry. ? Wasted my date night fund.You'd spend your money better buying a rotisserie and some hot sauce at the grocery. If you're lonely and feel like getting smashed to watch sports sit at the bar and prepare to empty your wallet.

Came here on Sunday to eat lunch with my family. A few of our party got there early and ordered all the kids food, which came out and was fine. However, when all the adults ordered their food, we sat there for an hour and a half waiting for our food that NEVER came. Still not sure what exactly happened, but it shouldn't have happened. Guests that had gotten there after us ordered and received their food no problems. So we left and did not pay for the kids food (per the manager at the time) and it may be a while before we come back. In all the times I've been here, this was the worst service we've had. I understand that Sundays can be a little busier because of football and whatnot, but an hour and a half is absolutely ridiculous.
