Bartender Jeff was great, very nice. Buffalo Chicken Dip was mostly Dark meat chopped up. Yuk. Burger was good, toppings not so much! The Bacon was almost raw on both ends of the 2 strip! Glad I looked to pull it off. They have a nice Happy Hour & we'll return and perhaps try different Menu items!

First visit outstanding. On the second visit, I decided to try something different. I took 1 bite, didn't like the burger, sent it back, and requested it be taken off the bill. The server said okay. We thought all was okay, but when we received the bill, I was charged full price for it anyway. The manager - or lady who seemed to be in chsrge- said, " Did you read about the burger before ordering? Then, you should have known if you would like it or not. We have to charge you for it because you took a bite. "I couldn't believe it the rudeness of this lady and the poor customer service. And while we were there, no one checked on us to see if we were enjoying our meal. I think it is because it doesn't matter. Lastly, for a place that charges such steep prices for a burger, the bathrooms should not be falling apart. This place is overrated. O' tooles has excellent , friendly service and great burgers! Try there instead.

Picked up a to-go order of burgers from here, ordered courtesy of my wife who decided to try this place out based on a food reviewer of VA's hotspot restaurants.I must say the salmon burger which my wife made request of chef to make it spicy left me in awe! My taste buds were greatly pleased & so was my wife's with the burger she ordered for herself.We will definitely be making future reservations to visit so we can enjoy the dining experience with great food here!

I’ve been here many times. Really wanted to love this dinner. daughter was home from college And she requested this place. Service was mediocre at best. They switched servers in the middle of our meal. Dinner came out reasonable, but french fries were cold and My Lamb burger was undercooked . More than that, it was just a general sense of staff, being irritated and innatentive. This is a high-end burger place, and they just need to do better. I was always happy to go here and pay more because of the quality of the food and really good service. They will figure it out.!

Disappointing and noticeable rapid decline in quality, while increasing prices on already expensive food. I know it’s a burger place but they used to have the best Caesar salads, which have now been replaced with rotten bag lettuce, store bought croutons and weak cheap dressing. Again, just disappointing changes made.Service is always good here though, no complaints on that or really anything but food quality.
