⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ order online faster service, whoever made my food in pick up order online section today 2/17 at about 1230pm thank you because you are the real mvp, I stopped ordering due to inconsistency but you knocked it out the park this time the correct order and didn’t skimp on anything.

Horrible customer service...cashier Journee was not helpful and rude. There was an issue when using my rewards in my app. After several scans, the register would not take my reward. I requested help from the manager and was told that he couldn't be bothered at the moment. So I found the manager in the lobby doing an interview and had him come assist me at the register. While explaining to the manager what was going on, Journee tried to speak over me. End results, the manager took care of me so I could be on my way. After all the trouble & time, food wasn't the best. Chicken bowl lacked flavor.

Realmente no comí a gusto, tuve que pensar donde sentarme porque todas las mesas aun vacias estaban sucias, el piso al lado de los refrescos estaba mojado y pegajoso, no provocaba coger ni los cubiertos.Creo que es la última vez que vengo a comer a uno de sus locales y la verdad este de todos los que conozco ha sido el peor.

Need to train staff in the basics of food safety.If there are peppers hanging, halfway out the bowl and on the counter, remove the pepper from the bowl entirely. don't place it back in the bowl after it has touched the counter. Now, I've worked in restaurants so I know the realities of "cleanliness" on the line. However, to place food that has touched that counter that looks like a three-year-old placemat after they finished eating back onto my plate, would make any reasonable persons stomach churn. Beyond that, to do so while I'm standing in front of you, then look up and ask me "mild or hot?" As if you didn't just do some vile ish let's me know you think the action is acceptable, which you should've been trained to know that it's not. @Mr. tattoos and earring. Girl at the register peeped the situation and my frustration and gave free chips

We ordered five(5) quesadillas today at this Riddenhouse location. The Caucasian (fm) with red hair, was very rude. She did not want to or didn't know how to, prepare the food properly. When we injected suggestions, based on how we always received our order, we received huffing, sucking of teeth and attitude. Food was thrown into the containers with caused a mess outside the containers. We have never been treated in such a disrespectful manner in all of our years patronizing this location. It's questionable whether we will return.

I ordered online for pickup and my bowl is half filled, I asked for extra rice and cheese which should fill up a good amount of the bowl when I barely got cheese at all. If we pay a lot of money for a slim selection of ingredients then we should at least get the amount we ask for

I legit never write food reviews, but this is the third time in a row this place has served me watery, undercooked food or messed up my order completely. Please just go to the Qudoba a mile up the street, they actually will provide you with edible food.

Ordered for pickup at set time, showed up at set time (only 10 minutes from order time) and somehow the food (under my name) was fridgerator cold... Did they take the food out of an un-picked up order or straight from the fridge? Either way, Gross.

Interesting experience. One of the poorest chipotle experiences I had. I reported this to doordash, but poor and slow experience. 20 minutes for an order that was supposed to be ready? Staff unable to locate missing door dash orders? Management is lackluster for sure.

This place is usually good to us, mainly the morning people. But when you order during Night Shift, you risk getting your order completely wrong. Did a drive thru order and name on bag was right but we get home and food in bag was addressed to someone else and food was not right. I drove back to get it both redone and a refund since I had to go back for them messing it up. I get there and manager Vanessa says I can either get it redone or a refund which was ridiculous because they messed up not us. I went back before 9pm and half the stuff they had was out including tortillas and they had no want to make more since they had like 2 hours till closing. I asked for my food to be redone and manager was completely rude and annoyed for something her team did. Eventually my husband also got a refund online as well but beware ordering at night.

This location is disgusting! The serving line is full of spilled food. I watched an employee literally slide a customer’s bowl in a glob of sour cream that had spilled. The food was all cold (chicken, rice, peppers, queso) and it was clear the heating was turned off on the line.This location needs new management!
