Extremely bad service Tonight Dec 17 at 8:00pm whoever is as a “manager” was the worst person ever I meet before get a big order have a free pizza and I put pay at the store because I have only cash. I went there with $100 she was with a attitude and tell the other guy not accept me cash, then I ask why? She considered that was a low amount I was spending was $30 was raining very bad my kids hungry and I ask why? She look mad and told me I won’t accept it with a very bad attitude I ask what I can do? she just move her shoulders like she don't care, I when home and get change When I come back, I give her the money because she don't want the cashier help me I told her next time put on the door NO CASH because how costumers Knows?! she did not even give my drink for my order and she just went back to the table As soon I went to my car She start laughing and making fun about me my English is not good And I feel since I was talking she hear me look like my accent was funny” for her. I will find the way to talk to her manager to tell him about that service REALLY BAD SERVICE. SHE NEED TO BE REMOVE FROM THAT POSITION.

I hadn't been to Dominos in 18 years, but decided I'd try it tonight (11/2/23). First, Marcus was so friendly, kind, decent, helpful and professional. The pizza had plenty of toppings and it tasted really good. I will give this location an A+

Horrible experience. Second time ordering from here and the second time I have had a bad experience. First time, they took forever, gave us the wrong order and when we called the place they kept hanging up on us so we never got it fixed. The second time, again took forever, and just had to ask them to cancel the order. Over an hour to even get the order started. They said they were busy due to football orders, but the kid confirmed there were only 2 people working the place. How can you as a manager have 2 people on the clock for football Sunday? Absolutely ridiculous. I feel bad for this kid who refunded us because someone clearly doesn’t know how to schedule staff. After each time, we ended up ordering from Papa Johns. Order from Papa Johns, kids… less of a headache.

Did car pickup and waited over 5 minutes after the time window and had to go in and pick it up myself prior to this. Since they have a 2 minute wait guarantee for car delivery I got a free pizza. I went to use the free pizza coupon and it is for delivery only but to qualify for delivery I have to pay for over $11 of food in addition to the pizza. I can’t eat that much food by myself. I can’t transfer the coupon to carry out in the app so I called to talk to someone and the call center people barely spoke English and finally transferred me to the store and the manager hung up on me two separate calls during the transfer. I don’t think this was intentional but come on, learn to use a phone. I’ve given up on getting my free pizza after two call attempts, not worth the effort. I like dominoes and the food is good but I shouldn’t have to jump through hoops for a free pizza I earned because of their original customer service error.

I ordered on July 7 and my order was never delivered but my card was charged. I submitted a refund request the next day, the response was to call the store. I call the store at least 6 times now. Each time is a different reason the manager was not there to issue my refund! They said to call me back, nothing and even put me on hold for 30 minutes. Where is the manager to issue this refund? Do they even have one? This is not ok
It was my second time visting this location they made my pizza with too much chees and stuff was rude too they took more than 30 min to make ur order i order my food over phone and didnt got it ready on the time.

I ordered a pizza for delivery at 7:17 PM and it was delivered at 10:00 PM…absolutely ridiculous. Called multiple times in between and no answer. Will not be buying from this location any longer.

The delivery is always on target with estimated time given. The thin crust pizza and cheesy bread is the way to go when having a craving ?? Great coupons available as well.
