Even when this place is not busy and no one is in-line I still have to wait at the speaker for someone to take my order. Low staff always and the workers are super slow and seem to not care about their job at all. Whoever is managing this place did a horrible job at hiring the right people. This place sucks… I live a few min down the road, I have been twice only to be told they are out of doughnuts? The last time I went and they were out, every employee had a doughnut on a napkin behind the counter but none to sell. I love starting my mornings with a huge waste of time.
Consistently slow and poor service.Every time I order mobile, I end up waiting 10 minutes after I walk in the door. Even if it's just a plain coffee.Today, while i waited on my mobile order, I thought about picking up some donuts for my staff. I waited by the cash register and was ignored, despite being the only customer. There were 4 employees and none of them acknowledged me standing at the counter over 5 minutes.
