Wait staff friendly. Waffle was soggy, egg was over medium but i ordered over soft, coffee was watery, potatoes not crisp. Obvious no quality assutance over kitchen. Highly disappointed.

Terrible customer service. I placed an order for pick up and my order was promised at 9:52 AM and when I arrive to pick it up the lady told me that her screen said it would be ready at 1020 am. after I finally received my order, I'm looking at the bag my order was incorrect. while I was inside, I could also tell that they greatly prioritize people who were dining in versus online orders there was a line of people waiting to pick stuff up, but they almost refused to help any of them.

Hi there. I just wanted to share some feedback about the experience I had today with eggs up grill on Midlothian. I ordered takeout (a build your own omelette, home fries and fruit). I checked my order prior to leaving and my home fries were left out. I went back in and a nice lady was bringing them to me when I noticed another error with my omelette. I asked for American, cheddar and Swiss cheese but got feta instead of cheddar resulting in an additional wait time for the order to be corrected. When I got home and ate, my avocado was brown and warm because presumably it was sat either under a heat lamp or on top of my remade omelette. My fruit was also warm from being placed in the same container with hot food. My potatoes tasted smoky like they were cooked near or on the same surface as meat and I don't eat meat as a pescatarian. This had to be cross contamination. I discarded the home fries and fruit and just tried to enjoy the omelette. I'm not so sure I'll be e returning or recommending this to anyone

IHOP and First Watch have nothing on Eggs Up. I have found my go to breakfast spot!! I am so happy with the eggsecution of actually cooking the eggs right. I may have tested them and ordered both an over medium egg and over hard egg...you would be surprised how often I get over easy eggs when I order a over hard egg. The entire meal had amazing flavor and cooked to perfection.

Honestly this is a pretty solid brunch spot. The place is spotlessly clean, and very great customer service. Also the prices are very fair for the food you get.I got this sausage biscuit sandwich with a side of fries. The food came out very promptly and was overall tasty. I especially loved the biscuit the most, super soft and buttery. The only reason it's not five stars is because the fries were a little undercooked. Not undercooked that they were inedible, but they could have used about 30 more seconds in the fryer. If they are able to fix that, honestly this place is 5 stars.

My first visit to an Eggs Up and I was AMAZED! A very extensive menu with literally anything one could possibly want. I had the Greek omelet, requested extra feta and it was the best omelet I have ever had. Amazing and friendly staff.... exceptionally clean. The specialty coffee I ordered was fabulous as well.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessibility parking and accessible dining.
