We doordash this all the time, but they always mess up the order, we figured it was just doordash, so we went and ordered in person. But they messed that order up too even after strict instructions. With the number of times it's happened, I'm sure it's happened to other people. I don't think I'll be coming back here for a while, which is honestly a shame

This is our favorite location. The people are always nice and friendly. The restaurant is clean and so are the restrooms. We have ordered ahead and dined in on numerous occasions. There are usually sports on TV, which I appreciate. I am not much of a sub fan, but I really like the steak sub.

Everything at this establishment was exquisite. I liked the perfect temperature sandwich (a fully involved pastrami) it made me feel depressed but like in a good way that only the art of cooking can achieve. Unfortunately I do not like the removal of the amazing dalmatian pattern of the tables (they were so fulfilling) I do not like the brown feces colored ones. It took 45 minutes to get a gross, horrid sub-in an empty restaurant. So Lazy. No joke, 45 minutes. So mad & angry, never going back. I gave the food a second star because I got a pickle ? on the side.

I got there before they closed and they had already put the food up they said they could put in microwave and run through the toaster a extra time then when I was going to pay with cash gnna tell me I had to use a card I didn't have card so now I'm hungry and highly upset
Ate here for dinner with my wife and 4 friends around 630pm. Not too busy. Food was good and fresh . Associates were very polite. The restaurant was clean although it was chilly. We enjoyed our food and would definitely return.

Staff was beyond rude, I don't know if they were a having bad days or what, but I recommend going to any other sandwich chain, Subway, Jersey Mike's, Mr. Submarine, Pato's, literally ANY other place. Food was meh.

I love firehouse subs and this one always has great customer service. I pick up there as a delivery driver quite frequently as well as grab food from this location as they make the subs nicely.
