Sorry but just no. Fries were good though. Tenders were about 2 1/2 inch long and 1/2 inch wide. I think for children under 5? Seriously! But people were nice. The Manager. She is good. She needs to find a new place though. She's better than being here. Lunchtime and only 3 people in the place. It was my first time there, ever. The tiny little tenders were pretty good though. Not dry. But wow.. never seen such tiny things. lol.

Food was not hot. When told about the cold fries, they suggested that it be replaced. The Chicken sandwich was dry, didn't have any spicy flavor or any flavor at all, like it had been sitting under the heat lamp a long while. When my fries were replaced, it seemed as though there was an attitude, so I didn't mention about my Nashville chicken sandwich.

We were waiting nearly 30 minutes for our food, they had us pull up so their numbers would look good. And then when they finally got our food out, it was a different cars food. We went inside and gave it back to get the right food, and they just sent the food back out to the correct car. For those who didn't know, this goes against food safety rules. It's unsanitary and you don't know what could have been done to the food in this time. You have to throw it away and remake it.On top of that, they acted like we didn't know what we ordered and were very rude. I get that it's fast food, and generally I don't care about bad service from fast food places. But the food safety violation was abysmal. What the hell? Yall need to retrain or something.

Nobody expects good service at a Hardee’s but holy cow but this place takes it to a whole new level. It would be fun to go there if you weren’t hungry and just watch the chaos, look forward to watching them tear this place down and put up a business that’s not run by complete morons The one star rating on the food really isn’t fair because I never got it

Hardee’s steak biscuits are the best biscuits and you can’t get them from any other fast food restaurants. They are delicious! I just love them!!Parking: Ample parking next to restaurant. If full, there are plenty of parking across to Publix’s parking lot.

It's incredible Hardee's is even in business but I guess I'm not surprised there's never anyone eating here. Ordered a very EXPENSIVE double Western. Got a double bacon burger with mayo and nothing else. Terrible and not at all what a Western burger should be. I give up.

There were no other vehicles at drive up, waited 10 minutes with no response for someone to take order but never received any response. Then drove around to window and asked the girl if they were open as no one had responded. She said the car wasn't detected. Told her that only needed to order a drink and she very rudely said to drive around and place the order at the intercom then she abruptly slammed the window shut. Been patronizing this business for 30 years but it does not deserve even a one star rating now!

TLTR: 1hr long process. Gave me a Chicken BLT with no bacon lettuce or tomatoes. Mold on bread. Me and my brother are now sick. Annoyed staff.Horrible. Absolutely horrible. Went there with my brother, there were no other customers in the car line or inside. We waited around 10 minutes for them to finally ask us what our order was. I ordered a #9 (Chicken BLT) with no pickles. Once we ordered we sat down for 40 minutes waiting. Again there was nobody else in the place. They finally gave us our food and we went to our car. We looked in our bag and they gave me pickles which I thought "ugh that's frustrating but whatever" but they also did not add bacon lettuce or tomato. The 3 most important parts of a BLT. We went back so I could get what I ordered and it took them around 8 minutes to put bacon lettuce and tomato on a sandwich. We left and started eating and then I realized there was mold on the bun of my sandwich so I told my brother to check his and sure enough there was mold on his as well. Now we are both sick to our stomachs and never going back there again. The staff seemed very annoyed that I came back in to correct their mistakes even though I was apologizing to THEM for inconveniencing ME.
