They get your order wrong every single time. A very simple order, remove onions. How do you mess that up? Most recent sub wasn’t even toasted to the point where the cheese wasn’t even fully melted, and the amount of meat they put on a sub is an absolute joke. I guess only go here if you want bread.

The manager on duty didn't have to much to say except sorry, wasn't willing to refund me I had to ask, I went back up there to show her the food she really needs to pull whoever was cooking off the grill I got super sick from this

My family orders out for dinner every Sunday. Every single time we order from here they mess up the order. Something is left out, or the sandwich is made incorrectly, or it's just the wrong sandwich all together. Every single time. The receipt has it correct but it something is wrong every single time.
This JM is not the closest one to home but has much better service. Gave them a crazy custom sandwich order. They didn't bat an eye. My sandwich was great!
