This Jimmy John's has amazing service and is always extremely friendly and fast. I have never had an incorrect order or bad service here. Highly recommend ordering ahead as you will never have to wait in line.

Always freaking fast. The staff is really polite for as fast as they move.Vegetarian options: One sandwich clearly vegetarian, but still has cheese.Wheelchair accessibility: Entrance and seating area are accessible and have more than enough room to navigate. Staff even brought my food to my table since I use a wheelchair.

We were ignored at the order counter. No whole wheat was available. Cashier unable to operate the register. And when we got home with our sandwiches, there was no meat!

Sub from jimmy johns with TEO INCHES of no meat cheese lettuce nothing. On top of that because of the poor service I had received before the manager loaded free half sub on my account which I conveniently couldn't use. Thanks for the free sub?? Very disappointed how I've been waiting weeks to have a manager call me..He loaded the free coupon really fast when all I wanted was a conversation.

Sandwiches was horrible and so was the service, manager is even worst. We order a giant tuna sub and tuna unwich and all we got was a bunch of lettuce. The manager have a bunch of teenagers working while she is nowhere to be seen. Called and complained and she didn’t care, because she had already got $25.00 for a sub and unwich filled with lettuce and no tuna. Wouldn’t recommend this location at 12000 Southshore Pointe Road in Chesterfield to anyone. Manager cares about quantity and not the quality of the food they serve.
Awesome team effort. Ingredients were fresh and delicious. Service was very fast. Makes me a hero at home every time.

Not too good first time trying an the service was fast but it was like they did not take their time on my sandwich an I got a giant half the things I asked for they said they couldn't do . I asked for them to cut my sandwich in half an it was on the receipt they still gave me the sub uncut.. smh . It was like they just didn't want to do extra things . For the price it's not worth it , I'll continue to go to jersey mikes

This is the second bad experience I've had in a couple months. Placed an order for delivery at 7:30. Left for delivery at 7:40. Had to call the store at 8:18 to check on it. Driver swears he left it on my porch. I wasn't going to argue. It was NOT left on MY porch. My Ring camera says otherwise. I was offered a refund or a replacement (as soon as they could get it out) It seems they need a lesson in customer service. They also need to STOP leaving it on the porch and start knocking on doors and handing food DIRECTLY to the customer. Maybe tell the customer thank you for the tip and smile. THAT is customer service.

Best subs ever made. Crazy thing is? it's gone. Location wasn't great, but I made sure I had my Jimmy John's fix at least once or twice a week! Very very fresh vegetables, the guy behind the counter knew what I wanted every time. On 460 in Roanoke another one closed!!!!!!It is still in Roanoke, but I want it in Lynchburg!! Come back JJ! So what's going on JimmyJohn??
