It was very loud. It took 45 minutes to get our appetizer. The restroom was in absolute disarray. The fish we ordered was over cooked giving it a very bitter flavor. Would like to say we will be back but it is a very likely no for us.

I called in to place an order and Cindy answered the phone. She was exceptionally rude. I asked her if they had any gluten free cake and she said "I don't know". So, I was silent waiting for her to say she'll check. She then responded with a nasty attitude that she'll check and just hung up the phone. A very nice young man picked up the phone and said that he'll be taking over the call. I have no idea why this woman was so rude but I decided to not proceed with my order. I was on my way to the restaurant and decided to report her to the manager. We eat here often and have never experienced this poor service. Disappointed!!!

My husband and I were looking for a place to celebrate our 40th Wedding Anniversary and chose this place due to the many recommendations. I wasn't pleased with our dining experience since I was expecting the white table linen atmosphere. This restaurant for me is more of a girl's day out luncheon or dinner in a casual atmosphere. The food was ok not that great for what we paid for it. I don't mind paying for my food as long as it's good. I feel it was overpriced. Nothing special was done as I informed them when making our reservations that it was our anniversary. I ended up ordering the Key Lime pie to go and my husband and I share it for our dessert at home. My meal consisted of a Petite Lobster tail stuffed with Lump Crab, Collard greens, and Mashed potatoes, my husband's meal consisted of 1 crab cake with Crab Mac & cheese and Collard greens. We also had the Crab dip. I couldn't find the crab in his Mac and cheese and he mentioned that something was stuck to the noodles but wasn't much. We still enjoyed each other's company and our son brought us some Publix wings to end our night. First and last time visiting this establishment. I guess I should have taken Bonefish Grill up on their offer to help us celebrate our special day. Now I know.

First, not much atmosphere…. Just a large cold rectangular room with 4 top tables and glass windows running the length of the space facing the parking lot. The service was slow but the waitress was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Our appetizer was undercooked , but the entrees were spot on, and dessert was a good recovery to an underwhelming dining experience.Wheelchair accessibility: First floor adjacent to parking lot. Plenty of space between tables and booths.
Excellent food. Great oysters and seared ahí tuna. Their fish and chips are also fantastic. Try a variety of dishes and bring an appetite. They have great drinks, too. Their happy hour offers great deals on beverages and apps. A good atmosphere for the whole family. We can't wait to go back and try some of their other dishes.

The food is always excellent but tonight the service really stood out. Our server Kayla noticed I have laryngitis and brought a cup of hot tea with lemon and honey! It was so nice and it really helped. I'll continue to eat at Latitude regularly for the food and the excellent service!

Dined on Saturday night with my boyfriend and his parents and we had a great experience. The service was accommodating as soon as we walked in! We asked to be seated so my boyfriend and his dad could watch the game and were given a few options. Our server Sean was great; he checked on us often, kept our water flowing, and was very personable. From what I could tell all of the servers seemed to be working efficiently as there were a few larger groups dining in.Our food was amazing as expected. It had been a while since my last visit so I knew what I wanted. The salmon dip is my favorite appetizer hands down but I always have to ask for extra chips. Everything came out fresh and was cooked perfectly. I love the fried shrimp entree as it’s so filling and you can’t go wrong with the sidewinder fries and Brussels. My boyfriend’s crab cake sandwich was the only thing I’d never tried and it was huge. Sean told us it was over 5 oz of crab meat and it didn’t disappoint. We all left full with leftovers so expect great food and great value !

Latitude Restaurant does not have a drop ceiling and just has open so it is very noisy. You hear very loud chatter the entire time. The food was very salty. The crab cake was good but salty. The collard greens with turkey pieces were salty too. The mashed sweet potatoes were great. The Mahi Rockefeller was good. The grilled asparagus was very good. The crab dip was okay. The dessert cookie monster Nightingale ice cream cookie was very good. The mixed drinks were good and sparkling wine were all good.Parking: Many spaces

Great food, really nice happy hour. Only draw back is that is is very loud when it is over 50% seated and it is almost always that busy. Not where I would go for intimate conversations ?

Stopped in for a nice meal on a Saturday night. Shout out to Jake for making the experience that much more pleasant. I chose the Chilean sea bass with the crab mac and cheese and also the garlic with potato. All the dishes will cook to perfection the sea bass had a nice char to it which added to flavor. The crab mac and cheese could have used a hint of seasoning it was overall a good side dish definitely worth a second order definitely worth over time. I also have the blood orange lemonade.... highly recommended.
