Had the worst experience with a simple call in order, nothing complicated. Spoke with Rose and was shocked to find out she was a mgr. Call was disconnected, I waited for a call back.It didn't happen, so I called her back. She showed no empathy or concern. Completed the order was told food would be delivered in 30-45 minutes. After working 1.5 hours, I called back, was told the driver couldn't find my house and he tried to call me several times. I HAD NO MISSED CALLS. Rose apparently recorded thre incorrect address although I repeated several times. Initially I was going to give it another try but later decided to cancel the order a refund. Bring said the credit will appear on my credit card in 2-3 days, we will see.In closing, I will say this is the first time I've ever had a problem and we order from this location only. I hope you address the issues because your pizza is too good to be associated with horrible customer service.

The Sausage tastes amazing... One of the best pizzas i had.... Pupatella is top one though but its really good!!! I make my bf stop by since its closeby his job and get me some pizza

This location has unfortunately gone downhill fast - expect an extra 20 minutes on top of estimated pickup times, employees that are obviously under the influence, and and overall poor

Twice I ordered pizza from Marco's at Charter Colony. 1st time I went to pick up pizza and they had lost the order, no pizza. Tonight I ordered on Door Dash, got message order received, being prepared. Then 30 min later got message order cancelled, store unable to fulfill it. Never use this store - unreliable

Marcos on Midlothian, VA by O'Tooles is the best! Not only is the good good and always hot, the customer service is outstanding. Tonight, their computer system crash. As a result, if you placed an order but did not have cash to pay, your order was free. What an awesome customer service gesture!

This is the only place where I order pizza !Tonight they were busier than I’ve ever seen, orders on top of orders. the manager (didn’t get her name) was running all over, doing everything possible to make sure people got their orders as soon as possible, rotating from making the pizzas + handling the front. wait times were longer than estimated but most people don’t realize it’s just an estimate, not an exact time.customer for life (:

Placed the order for pickup at 6:17 and on the app it says it will be ready in 15 minutes. I arrive at 6:30 and am told it's still being made. At 645 I receive an email that says it's ready to pickup so I ask at the counter again and I am told it's now in the oven. Finally ready an hour later.

Midlothian Marco’s is horribly managed. The app they have is terrible and the estimated times are always wrong, even if you double them befor you go.
