The atmosphere is fantastic: warm and inviting, the food is above-par (the pizzas are AMAZING), and the staff are wonderful. My family and I eat at mellow mushroom midlothian often, probably once a month, but usually we get takeout. The food is always great. However, today was a little different. We’re vegan, so sometimes our options are limited, and upon picking our kids up from school today, we were told there was a birthday party, but they were basically excluded from cake and ice cream. Consistently a wonderful experience! Draft selection is good. Pizza is amazing! I love the crust and the toppings always seem fresh. Sides and appetizers do not disappoint. Do not hesitate to go to Mellow Mushroom!
