Every time I order from this store there Alfredo is always super dry. The noodles literally stick together. You always have to pay for more sauce because if you don’t it has NO flavor. I absolutely love this place but they need to stop being stingy on the sauce. No one likes dry noodles. The other location in henrico is the bomb when it comes to there sauce!

Good clean healthy food with great staff. Wife had the pad thai and I had the zucchini pesto. Only slight criticism is my zucchini bowl was a bit too soupy.

Can make much better pasta in my own kitchen with minimal effort. Clerk clearly didn’t want to be there. Had to search and search for a clean table to use. Mac and cheese was school cafeteria quality at best . Seriously?? You couldn’t take the time to melt the cheese??? Never again.

Wendell here, coming to you live post meal, hungry man no more. I have watched the character arc of Noodles and Company progress firsthand through experiencing the culinary creation known as Japanese pan noodles for many many years now. It's the only thing I've ever had, through the good, the bad and the abysmal. Noodles and company was on time out for a while due to their sharp decline in quality. This location may have swayed my feelings in a more positive direction though. I had a great time despite serving the dish exclusively in to go containers even while eating in the restaurant. Mother Earth weeps. I wept joyful tears of feeling a feeling I haven't felt in a long time. Like being reunited with an old friend. My old pal noodle. And yet... the lack of company persists. It seems I am destined for eternal noodle solitude. If the quality of the noodle is as good as this experience though, maybe life won't be so bad alone.

Food was so good it made me want to cry. Made my day after my first day of work at my new job. The Japanese plan fried noodles with grilled chicken is really good. I wanted hot noodles and I got hot noodles.Dietary restrictions: They have options for people who can't do dairy or gluten.

I usually go to the Charlottesville location but since I was in the area and craving noodles I stopped by and boy I'm glad I did! The man at the register had such a sweet and welcoming smile and was so patient with the computer that was acting up and kept apologising. I always get extra feta, but my usual location fails every time; not here! This location brought me my extra feta and the meal was cooked so much better than Charlottesville. Kudos to the cooks, the crew, and the managers for being superior.
