Chase makes mean crust (and pizza when they let him); it is soft and worth eating the edges. I am not an "edge eater", just too much dough and it is usually too hard. 5-stars to this young man for his crust skills! The store is clean, the workers are friendly, and not a long wait for food.

Whole order was undercooked. Cookie was completely raw in the middle. Manager did not believe me and was rude and very unprofessional. Not even a sorry for the inconvenience, just a "What do you want me to do about". After reading pervious reviews this seems to be a constant issue among other. Perhaps have your oven tested.

Driver left big stain in our driveway! The driver just drove off and had no courtesy to let us know. Either he threw up or he spilled a drink. We called in and spoke to the store manager but he did not offered no solution. I'll never use this store in the future.

Absolutely the worst customer service i have ever had employee who answered the phone seemed like he was a friend of someone who worked here and waiting for them to get off work.Couldnt tell any price or specials, then a real employee come on the phone and said they couldnt take an the order call back and talk to the order service . As the music on hold states they are first class customer service ….. i do not think so its actually the worst class customer service

Pizza and wings were cold. Pizza taste almost as bad as Dominio's. They are stingy with the cheese. Disappointed I start a 60 day fast tomorrow and this is my last meal before it :(

There has been a change in management and this place has gotten much better! The new GM is very professional and friendly, I will definitely be returning here next time I’m craving pizza

Ordered a simple stuff crust with pep, hard to mess up, well they did again for the third time, it will be the final time ordered from this papa johns. Came burnt, delivery driver was fantastic though! even called before he got to the door. Unfortunately the product was beyond sub par, but reading the other reviews shows the exact same issue hasn't been resolved over the last 6 months.
Horrible service. Horrible delivery process. Rude driver. Unprofessional staff. Lazy, unprofessional manager. The epitome of incompetence. Just go next door and get a frozen pizza from Kroger. Youll get better service.

Went to the place to pick up.saw a couple dudes with beards.got my pizza, took it to my car, took one bite and i wound up with such a long hair in my pizza, it felt like my mouth was taking a gym class climbing the long rope.

We took a break from ordering here for a couple months because the quality of our orders was really poor. Decided to give them another try the other day and this was the result. Pretty much sums up our experience.

Tried to call to give them a chance to hear me out first but… when I asked for a manager they put me on hold for 15 minutes+… eventually I just hung up.1) I’m pregnant and the delivery driver banged on my door like he was the police. I was almost scared to go to the door.2) he was very rude and aggressively told me to acknowledge that I’m not going to leave him a tip.. I don’t put tips on my card only give cash because of my banks d*** processing methods. But after his aggression I 100% didn’t want to give it to him but still did despite it…. I shouldn’t have3) The bag that held my drink REAKS of cigarette smoke. Again I’m pregnant… I don’t want to smell smoke for the rest of the day. Won’t be ordering papa johns ever again.4) and whoever cut this pizza is geometrically challenged

It’s not bad. It’s a chain so can’t expect much. Each time we order and pick it up there hasn’t been too much of an issue. Several times the app says it’s ready only to find that it’s not ready and I have to wait another 5-10 minutes. And… check to make sure you get everything. Paying for sauces you don’t realize are missing is always a drag.
