This is easily the worst Qdoba I’ve ever been to. I placed a mobile order 20 minutes before I arrived and still had to wait 15 minutes in the drive-thru after I got there. After they made me wait four minutes at the drive-through podium just to say I was here to pick up a mobile order. They then told me it would be 5 to 10 more minutes because they lost the receipt. When I finally got my food, I asked them what was the point of placing an order 20 minutes in advance if I was going to have to wait and 15 more minutes for my food after I arrived. This time they told me it was him because they had multiple family orders that were placed before mine.Then when I opened my food I found out that there was no meat in my burrito……I ordered/paid for extra chicken. Needless to say I’ll be going to the chipotle across the street next time.

This is my favorite go to. While I have had both good and bad experiences with this location I will continue to go. These ladies work very hard and short handed at times, and still give it their all.
I went here for lunch today and had placed a mobile order and chose on the app to pick up through the drive-thru. When I arrived, I waited 5 minutes at the the intercom for someone to answer and had to end up driving around to go inside to pick up my order. As I walked in, there were 2 employees in the back on their cell phones watching videos. The one employee came to the front as I walked in and handed me my order. When I got home, both tortilla bowls were in about 4 pieces and you could tell it was just pieced together. I miss the one at chesterfield towne center and will not be back to this location.

I pulled up to the drive thru at approximately 8:50PM (store hours are until 10:00PM as posted on the front door) and was met with “The store is currently closed, please visit us during our normal business hours” automated message. The store was still open (not a single customer inside,) and I had to take my four month old out of his car seat before going inside to order food to take home to my family.Management, please note that this extremely frustrating to your patrons, let alone a family with young kids. If the drive thru closes early, post it, as I’m not the first to have this issue, per your reviews. My wife and I stopped ordering delivery because our orders were always missing items, and now we feel we can no longer rely on your storefront.The Chesterfield Mall location was consistent and reliable, but the new location has been a disappointment. With Chipotle and Moe’s in such close proximity, I would have to recommend giving them first shot at your business.

This is a good place to get a burrito bowl. The chicken is cooked to absolute perfection. The wait time was amazing in and out , excellent customer service and a great atmosphere. Eating outside gave a wonderful connection with nature because the weather was superb that day.

Pulled up to the drive through at 9:30 for some chips/queso and an automated voice said they were closed. (Supposed to be open until 10PM) When I drove past the windows, all the chairs were on top of the tables and no one was around. So I went over to Chipotle across the street and had some excellent queso.
