“My favorite Vietnamese place! Their spring rolls are ridiculously good and they make this amazing peanut sauce with it that just goes perfect. The service is pretty good and fast too. It's always the same people working in there so they start to know what you want after awhile which is nice. Nice atmosphere too. Nice and quiet and perfect for my solo dates when I want some alone time and watch something on streaming with headphones.“
“What a great experience. The manager, Natalie, went above and beyond to make sure I could get my smoothie delivered to me after the door dasher forgot it at the restaurant. She was helpful, nice, and very patient, even though they were closing in 5 minutes! GREAT experience, and even better customer service. Thanks Natalie!“
“Good place to eat a quick lunch. Most of the PB need updating and or a severe cleaning. Coffee pots have grim on spouts and drink area in some are just plan filthy. The cashier's are their for a paycheck only. They use to be very personable and warm welcoming. We have the dip club so we go almost every day.“
“Was told that i would like the chicken salad and it was true, it was best chicken salad i have ever had, also got the majestic smoothie (formerly the prynce) and it was also sooo good! The inside was beautiful and everyone was so welcoming and nice!!“
“A local go-to spot for a delicious sandwich at a very reasonable price. Full boxed lunch with sandwich, side, drink, and a piece of house-made pound cake for under $12.00. Owner is always popping in. Outdoor patio is great on a nice day. Highly recommend! Our favorites are the Rueben, Egg Salad, and Ham and Cheese. Potato Salad is the best!Parking: Plenty of parking in lot.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped spots available. Tables are well spaced to accommodate for wheelchair or walker.“
“5 stars all around. We arrived an hour before our reservations and they were quick to assist and accommodate us. The interior is laid out beautifully and the staff is great. They had several recommendations on drinks and food selection. The food itself was great and we will be returning. This is a great restaurant right in the comforts of our neighborhood.“
“So my sister and I were planning on going to another Italian restaurant. Have to read the reviews and searching the menu we decided that the prices were too high and the reviews did not justify the prices. So we went to our old standby Olive garden. The endless salad and breadsticks were as delicious as they'd always been. The soup was good also plus I had spaghetti which I enjoyed very much. The waitress that served us was extremely pleasant and the service was fast no waiting“
“Definitely for takeout, not for dining in. So far it’s had the best Chinese food of any restaurant I’ve tried in this area. The pork fried rice has the tasty chopped pork I expect to get instead of the little stringy brown pieces that many Chinese restaurants are using now. However, it lacked flavor. The beef with vegetables has very tender pieces of meat, and the vegetables taste very fresh. It’s very good, but needs a bit more brown sauce. The boneless barbecued pork has wonderful flavor but too many pieces with gristle, so I don’t recommend it. Overall, I’ve had two good experiences with Tings’s so far, and I will be ordering from them again.“
“I’ve eaten here on and off over the past decade. Now that I moved to RVA permanently, it’s typically my go-to since I like to shop at Tan A for convenience. I feel like the food has declined some over the years and has less punch to the spices and sauces. The portions have gotten smaller but that’s pretty expected nowadays. I do see that there are less Asian people eating there so maybe that’s why the taste has changed… lol. Not a lot of other decent competition though, so I can’t complain too much since there’s no Eden center here.“
“Consistent, good good, fast. Price point is maybe a little higher than I would like, but the quality makes up for it. Food is made to order, but doesn't take long. Staffed mostly by gen Zers who aim to please, but get awkward with direct eye contact.“
