Holy smokes......the two guys working around 11:30am on 3/16/2024 don't even have a clue. We ordered 2 frapps, nothing fancy. They needed to be non fat, no whip. We waited over 15 minutes for them to make ONE of the drinks. I really started to wonder if they were both stoned. And then when we got the drink it had whip and it was whole milk!!!! I told my husband to just get a refund We didn't have that kind of them to just waste seeing which turtle was going to win the race. Then they sent him to customer service (this is a Starbucks inside a Kroger) and they were just as confused as we were as to why they sent him there.

Whatever I see a Starbucks sign I know there has to be some absolutely delicious coffee there and delicious drinks and delicious pastries and wonderful people that are more than happy to help you with but unfortunately I cannot afford it it cost more than I can even spend but I really would love to be able to go there one day and get a free trial coffee or something maybe I could save up a bunch of money and get a small cup of coffee there one day but if you can afford it and you love it then keep going because this world needs people to spend lots of money so they can keep making more money and I hope this helps everybody because they've got delicious coffee that's what I've been told but it's just my opinion

You can tell that there is some unrest in the company. The employees deserve better than what Startbucks is doing to them. Their tomato and mozzarella sandwich looks delicious, but when I ordered it, it looked nothing like the picture, and tasted like it was frozen, and rubbery bread.

very good customer service, nice employees. The ONLY thing i'd like to point out is the tables inside and outside. The tables were dirty. The smell of the trash outside was horrible.

Been going to this Starbucks since they moved here and have never been disappointed. I order the same drinks two to three times a week and always happy. Today they asked me what size and I said venti not realizing she rang me up for a grande. Got to the window and pointed out her mistake and she reluctantly wantEd to fix my drink. I go to Starbucks for the service and today she should have apologized and made me my correct but she kept wanting to blame me. I just drove away not wanting to cause a problem. I will still go to this Starbucks but make sure they ring the correct size.
