I am a regular patron of this Starbucks location, but unfortunately, on several occasions, my orders have been incorrect. Recently, despite attempting to use their phone system to rectify an error, I was unable to reach anyone. This led me to turn around on my commute to address the issue in person, making me 30 minutes late for work. Upon returning to the store, I requested to speak with the manager and was greeted by Kathy, the Coffee Master. However, I found her response to be dismissive and rushed, lacking in customer service. Not only did she fail to properly listen to my explanation of the situation, but she also made my drink incorrectly and neglected to add the extra shot I had requested. This oversight was particularly frustrating given that the store was relatively quiet with only two other customers present at the time.

They made my drink and didn’t put it at the pick up counter for some reason and so it was sitting behind the counter for a while melting. When I told them I was picking up the girl looked at me like I was crazy. I then explained that I got extra cold foam in my drink and that usually there is more cold foam in it. She replied that looks like extra cold foam to me but I can make another one if you want. I wouldn’t be saying anything unless I wanted you to make it again because this isn’t my order. If i’m unhappy with the order it’s for a reason and I explained why. I don’t really appreciate it when you order the same drink everyday and you know what it’s supposed to look like but the barista thinks they know better and respond that way to a customer saying they are unhappy with their drink. I know the way MY drink is made I pay $6 to have it made exactly how I want it . This isn’t the first time they have had an attitude with me or made me wait forever for my online pick up order, I will not be coming back. Always poor customer service I tried calling they don’t pick up their phone and I don’t feel welcome when I walk in and that’s unfortunate because it’s actually a decent looking starbucks.

Pathetically SLOW. Even with mobile app ordering, you should expect no less than a 15 minute wait. To the staff this is absolutely acceptable.

Service was fast and easy. No waiting in lines in the drive thru or anything.Not docking any stars because this was truly my fault, but I wish that they had double checked that I didn’t want any sweetener in my latte, but I did not think of the fact that I had to request it, so I got a latte with no sugar/flavor which was very different from what I was expecting. Maybe this is normal practice as I don’t visit Starbucks often, but maybe just having them double check on my order or repeat my order back and mention that I had ordered no sweetener/flavors. Definitely not their fault, but just might be nice to have them ask in the future.

Starbucks is Starbucks! I have visited this location multiple times and have always had good experience. I will say some days it is faster to go in a order vs. waiting in the drive thru. The staff is great. One employee was super helpful when I didn't know what to get. Drinks have always been on point. They have a cute outdoor sitting area with plugs. It could be a nice place to work.

5/5 experience at Starbucks drive through this morning.Barista was friendly and expedient and had our order ready at the window.Seamless transaction and we were back on the road in under 8 minutes.Very pleased and would return again.
