Ordered online since the kid was taking so long making 2 sandwiches (10+ minutes I am not even joking). I was waiting for over 20 minutes with only one person in front of me before I even got a chance to ask anything, would've cancelled my order at that point if I could.Worst subway I've been too, and that's counting truck stop subways too.....Update: asked for a manager to refund and the kid called me a few select names after I told him it doesn't take 20 minutes to make 2 sandwiches.

Start ordering online buy one footlong and get the second free went payment process only accept Apple Pay or gift card. Decided to go to the subway location and bought there , when I went to pay I was told that buy one and get one free was only online what rip off.Missed leading customers just for business.

Hmmm. This place is usually reliable but today were 2 totally different guys behind the counter who were disorganized and arguing with each other. The woman behind me left because they were bogged down by 2 people ordering 2 footlongs. The diet Coke was shooting out water. Can we get the old crew back?

I usually have really good service here but tonight was very different, I approached the counter and a younger gentleman sighed when I told him what I wanted. There were two boys the one with the glasses was fine but the other one that served me was very rude and seemed to rush me. I don’t usually leave reviews, but it’s unfortunate to come to one of my favorite places for an easy meal and end up feeling like my presence was a burden.

Great experience!! Hadn't been to Subway in a while, and never that location. Our sandwich artist recommended "The Outlaw". It was delicious, and the store was very clean. Drink & trash station included, will definitely return.

If I could give no stars I would — I’m usually super satisfied with my subs from this location but yesterday was awful. I’m not sure if the guy was new but this was the worst experience. As he was kind and respectful, the sub was messy and not put together well. The toppings were spilling out, instead of him putting the mayo on the bread, he squeezed it on the toppings which made an even bigger mess. His gloves were nasty from pressing the mayo in the sub. He also didn’t have the skill set to fold the sub in a way to push the toppings in. It was a disaster. Super un-appetizing. I told him I didn’t want it and he apologized and offered to make another. I was turned off at this point and left. Mind you, I would assume the other associate there -maybe the manager or lead- did nothing to assist as he was just standing there ignoring the entire situation. There were no other customers besides myself. Disappointing to the max.

Less than one star. This place has seriously gone down hill. Bad service. Bad food. Bread didn't even taste cooked. They don't honor coupons that we get in the mail literally .5 miles away. Husband and I have come here for the last time. I'm surprised they're still in business.
Consistently sends flat fountain soda with deliveries that have specifically ordered and notated they want a bottled drink. We have never once received the right order

Don’t normally leave reviews, but I’m currently standing outside this place at 8:40pm. Hours listed online and on the window show they’re open till 9pm. Saw employee inside and knocked on door, they looked at me and continued cleaning up. Could’ve just opened the door and said sorry we closed early.

Don't expect you sub to look anything like the photos posted on their windows which is false advertising in my opinion. The amount of meat and other amenities they build your sub from is about half of what you'd expect. They've taken portion control to a new low. I'll be reluctant to come to a subway even with a coupon offer. They should b we honest with the customer by simply saying we're giving you less for more money. Higher prices less value, the American way.
