They do not honor coupons, rewards, or discounts. I would not recommend this franchise. I went to another one down the road and spent my money with a one that honors stuff.

I was headed out of town, but stopped at this Subway because it was nearby a store that I had to pick up something from. I ordered on the app and included a small tip. I went in to pick my order up and there were two ladies working. The lady that was making the food looked up with the food in her hand and said have you been here before? I said no and she just turned back away and continued to make the sandwiches. The other lady was standing near the register and I looked up on the board and saw the new long cookie for five dollars so I asked if they had those and she said yes. She asked me how many I wanted and she went and got one and handed it to me and she said it was hot and I inserted my card and paid and that was over. I got the two sandwiches and I said thank you and I left. I think that the Lady that was making the sandwiches was upset because the tip was not bigger, but tips are optional and so I gave what I wanted to give. When I open my sandwich and my husband opened his sandwich, to our surprise they were both ice cold. They were supposed to be steak and cheese toasted, but she left them ice cold like the meat had just come out of a fridge or off ice, so we had to warm the sandwiches ourselves which of course was an inconvenience cause as I said we were headed out of town. I also looked at my receipt for the cookie that I bought when I was in the store, the lady that rung me up for the cookie decided to give herself a tip. For the one cookie she gave herself a 20% tip. She didn’t ask me if I wanted to tip her I had not plan on tipping for her just handing me the cookie, but she chose to give herself a tip and did not mention anything to me so needless to say that atmosphere was bad. The food was not made properly and the attitudes of the workers were horrible. Hopefully someone from Subway will see this review and maybe have a talk with these ladies because they are really running customers away with their behavior.

I have used Subway for many years and I've always loved it I have never gotten a sub that wasn't exactly like I wanted. While they're fixing it if they don't put enough of whatever I always say it please add a little more and they do. The reason I gave it a four instead of a five is a do wish all sandwich meats were healthier and not full of chemicals.

They don't even deserve one star. This place was so awful and a disgusting place to eat. A purchase was made and we went to our car to eat due to the ants crawling on the wall that was noticed after we made our purchase. The soft drinks were disgusting and tasted like soap. Their toaster was obviously not working since our sandwiches were cold. After such a disappointing meal experience (we did eat some of the food), we went back into the establishment, went to the counter to make some much needed comments and asked for a refund. Their response was "since you ate most of the meal and everyone else is drinking the same think, we can't refund anything. When asked for a manager, they said they didn't have one and pointed to the number on the receipt to call. Made the call when we got home and received the same response. I will take this much higher. It's not the money at this point, it's the principle and they way this place treats their (one time only) customer. Will never go back to this place. They definitely are giving Subway a bad rap.

Stopped for lunch on 6/15/2023 and ordered two footlongs (toasted), a bag of chips, a cookie, and a 20oz drink. The subs were not toasted even though they went in the toaster oven, their machine is possibly broken. The cookie was stale. The sandwiches tasted awful...my cucumbers were going bad. I should have just walked out when they were making it...But I figured I'd tough it out. I tried my drink (Powerade) and it tasted like mold/soap. I wanted a refund, at least for the chips I never touched and my drink. They wouldn't refund anything on my receipt. I'll probably suffer gastronomically later because of it. There were also ANTS IN THE STORE on the walls! EW. Never going to eat Subway in Branderville Midlothian ever again.
This location doesn't take the coupons that came in the mail even though the subs I wanted were not on the excluded list inthe fine print. They also skimp on the ingredients - ended up asking for more of all my veggies and the employee still only added 3 pieces and gave me a rude look. For the other sub, she kept asking me what I wanted on the sub when I clearly stated which item I wanted from the menu and said "exactly like it is on the menu." She wasn't confirming that I wanted the ingredients... she was asking me which ingredients go on the sub. It is literally listed on the menu above her head. Avoid this location if at all possible.

The woman working here who puts the veggies, meat etc on the bread is literally so rude. she greets you, and then the rudeness starts. she puts a little bit of ingredients on the bread because she knows she’s not going to get customers without a lot of ingredients. you have to continue to tell her to put more ingredients on. she also gets mad if you forget to tell her to toast ur sandwich. i do not want this place to shut down, but that woman deserves to get fired. nobody wants to hire that woman because she’s really rude. i will post a photo of her.

NO COUPONS! They do not accept coupons anymore unless its for specific choices. Do not go here, They don't honor the coupons as described. Food is not good and they overcharge for a footlong. $15 for a footlong is ridiculous. They charge $3 for bacon which is ridiculous. Store is okay and somewhat clean. Lady that runs the store, I think shes the manager, Has a unwelcoming attitude to her. Not a good subway. Go somewhere else like Wawa, Sheetz or Jersey Mikes.

I don't know if the young lady working here was still in training or what but I'm going to assume so. The point of Subway is to make the sandwich the way you want right? It's been a while since I've eaten at Subway so I didn't realize they had changed the menu so much. I was attempting to make the Philly the way I used to and she gave me pushback as well as asked me the same question several times. Then while she was finishing up my sub, her co-worker rung me up. She wasn't paying attention I guess and tried to ring me up again. I was going to overlook everything else until this point. I had to tell her multiple times that I already paid and even held the receipt up for her to see. She still questioned me on it. I did what I could to be polite and keep my cool but all of that was unnecessary. You didn't have to take my word for it but you should have believed me the first time you saw my receipt. Even if it didn't look right to you, I'm not the one who rung it up. I was agitated about this and will most likely not come back to this location.
