It was my first visit to the Sugar Shack and I got there minutes before they closed and rather than turn me away because they had already closed their registers and everything else the young lady at the counter was so beyond nice she offered my wife a donut and told her it was okay they were closing anyhow that is when myself and my granddaughter walked in unaware of what was happening and the little girl said just pick out the donuts y'all want it was on her. Again I just want to think that outstanding young lady for not only an outstanding job but such an amazing gesture of kindness I will be doing a lot of donut buying in the future . customer for life

I noticed my receipt after I paid for my purchase; noticed I was charged for a service fee and extra fees that the cashier could not explain. Requested mgr fir explanation no one ever came. Be cautious of the extra fees that no one could explain. I also used cash. I 20 people visited this location in a day imagine the extra money they make. Interesting

I got three donuts and a coffee.I got an oreo donut that was ok.A maple bacon donut that the bacon was way over cooked on but I got a caramel salted donut that was amazing. I should have got three of those caramel salted donuts. The coffee was great too. The young lady was right on time as she got me served and on the road very quickly.Nice place. Those salted caramel donuts and the coffee are bank.outstanding .
