Couldn't Locate My Mobile Order Unless Had Exact Way Name Listed On Order, Regardless After Giving What Items Were Ordered...Quickly Stating I Must Have Placed Order At Another Taco Bell. I Double Checked Address, Was At Correct Location. Requested A Manager To Complete Transaction. After 30 Mins, finally got Food. Won't be ordering here anymore.

Update... The past two times we have come through here in the evening around 7:30 8:00 the card reader is down conveniently!!! Could have just told people to pay in the app and that would have been a lot easier but no this is grossly unacceptable.Fast service and ok food but the prices keep creeping up

I go here at least once a week. Always make my orders right and food tastes great. Staff is respectful and friendly. Place is clean and well stocked with sauces as well.

Tried a protein bowl for heart healthy meal - 1st time. Highly recommend! Hubby got burrito + taco, and was good. Only thing wrong - no sauces in the bag. :( thankfully, I had some at home.Dietary restrictions: Chicken bowl was really good!!!

I live right by this Taco Bell, but purposely drive 15+ minutes to go to better ones.I have never seen a fast food joint more disorganized or poorly managed. I’ve given this location a dozen chances, but whether it is in person, drive thru, or delivery my orders are incorrect 100% of the time. The incompetency and poor manners displayed by all of the staff is baffling. I love Taco Bell, but if I had the choice to starve to death or patron this location, I would choose the former.

Ever since they changed the taco meat years ago it hasn't tasted as good. Prices have gone out of control everywhere and here is no exception. Not worth the price anymore.
Went through drive through and the woman taking our order was very rude and impatient. They were out of beef, but instead of saying that, she just asks chicken or steak, and then has an attitude when we ask for clarification. Then not only were two of the items wrong, they omitted an item completely. If I wasn't in a hurry, I definitely would've gone back. I've never had a problem with this location before, and reading the other reviews, I'm guessing the rude lady was the manager. Gonna steer clear of this spot for a bit.

Yet again, I ordered delivery through Door Dash and this location paid no mind to my request for any sauces. I also ordered chips and queso and the chips tasted like vinyl. Completely inedible. This location needs to either get it together, or be closed down.As a follow up, I gave this location a second try. I ordered the Doritos locos trio combo and did not receive them. My Mexican pizza was not made correctly. I also received no sauce.These folks want to fight to make $15.00/hr but can’t follow simple words on a screen in front of them. Get freaking real.
