5 star for what it is. The food is solid Americanized Chinese takeout. All your standards and they're done consistently and well. Staff has been there for years and treat everyone graciously. We've been going every couple of weeks for years.

Very good food at a reasonable price. Not the worst place to eat in either. The people are very nice and the food is very consistent, also ready to eat very quickly. Menu is extremely varied, so there's bound to be something you can eat, even if Chinese takeaway isn't generally your cuppa. Very very good.

My parents turned me onto this place and this is the best Chinese food I’ve had in Richmond in my 43 years of life here. It’s consistently good, even the next day! Food always ready in a timely manner, employees are pleasant, place is clean, and prices are reasonable. Highly recommend.!

Did not get what we ordered. Ordered General Tso with White Meat only, we got grizzle instead. Taste of the rest of the food was below subpar, ended up throwing it all away, $50 plus down the drain. Don't waste your money.

I have eaten here a handful of times now and have become a fan. Food is tasty and reasonably priced. I saw another review that mentioned the general Tso chicken being too sweet. While it’s true that’s it’s definitely on the sweeter side, it tasted great to me.

Not great. We ordered General Tao’s Chicken Fried Rice Hot and Sour Soup and Spring Rolls. The chicken was mushy and too sweet. No spice. The fried rice was terrible. It was pale yellow and just tasted like rice with some chicken broth or something and a couple little bits of carrots. The Hot and sour soup was gross. It had a thick layer of oil on the top of it. It tasted just like boullion. No seasoning detectable at all. It was not hot and not sour. Spring rolls were average like frozen ones deep fried.

Went to the bathroom and gag. It wasn't clean. It was nasty and that made me think "did they wash their hands?"Won't be back. The food was bland as well ..
Good food. Flavors over time are inconsistent, maybe multiple chefs with their own styles, so some times better than others, but always good. Great egg rolls. Would like to see small soup also included in combos like some other places.

MSG added to frozen packages that they defrost and cook. I called and the cook could not tell me if these food items had MSG or not. Over time(a couple of years) I ordered take out from them 3times and each time I had a migraine after consuming. I have an intolerance to MSG evidently. They need to post on their menus and inform the employees whether they use MSG for the sake of their customers. It goes without saying that I will never frequent their place again.
