More than I'd like to pay for an okayish smoothie. Cheap, fast food quality that takes forever. Staff can vary from day to day, but generally more interested in talking to each other. If you want a smoothie, go here. Their food is on par with taco bell or a subway thats in the not so good part of town. Last time I went, all of the tables were pushed up against the wall, standing room only.

I absolutely hate this store. They never answer the phone. I’ve been waiting for a delivery order for almost an hour then all of a sudden I get an email that says, order cancelled with no explanation.

They literally never answer the phone. Called many times and no answer. The food is good but the ordering process sucks. Online order is ok but they are missing menu items you can order at the store. I miss the Muscle
Though this tropical smoothie location is good compared to others I've visited, the customer service could use some polish. I've never had a huge issue here before. I ordered the peanut butter paradise smoothie without protein powder and the super green caesar chicken wrap. The employee who took my order was curt, interrupting me a few times. Despite that interaction, this remains a solid spot overall.

Customer service is so poor. I asked for half turbinado and they put the full amount. I questioned it and they lied straight to my face. I asked for a remake and they did it but laughed and made remarks while remaking it. The sandwich I ordered was horribly made while the food staff was gossiping about dating and whatnot. I tried to call as I found something in my smoothie that wasn’t supposed to be and nobody answered the phone out of the multiple times that I tried to call. Poor. I will not be returning.Update: I went back on the same day 9/19/23 for a refund and was provided with a fake refund. It was on my account pending and as of today 9/22/23 the transaction has disappeared. So not only is the customer service poor the first go around but with management as well. I drove back to get a refund as I had gone on my lunch break, just to be played with yet again. District manager emailed me about the complaint and pretty much did nothing but say sorry about your experience. I’ve sent an email about the fake credit and also have reached out to my bank and was advised the merchant did not clear it on their end. If you get a refund back from these people make sure it’s cash and not card.

*Update my review* I went to the location today and the manager Jvin apologized for the experience and very happily remade my drinks. Now I give the customer service and the smoothie 5 stars. Thanks Jvin for providing excellent customer service.What a difference a location makes. I had the mango berry cosmo from this location it tasted nothing like mango. Tasted like strawberries and water. I did not like the drink at all. I purchased two for myself and a friend and they both were nasty. I just had the same drink from the tropical smoothie in Westchester this past Saturday and it was very good. I could taste the mango and berries. I tried calling this location over 10 times and no one would answer. Instead you can hear someone pick up the phone and disconnect it. Poor customer service. They obviously don't want customers to return. The service gets a -1.

Quesadilla and Buffalo chicken wrap were ehhh. Tables always seem to be sticky when you try and eat there. We do love their smoothies though!
This place sucks. I ordered a delivery order through their app. It took 1.5 hours to get here and we’re missing a sandwich. All 3 smoothies we ordered were completely melted. Was not in the mood for juice. Not only are they getting free money but I’m out dinner and the money with no way to complain or offer feedback. Don’t order here unless it’s in person.

I have visited this location 3-4 times in the last 6 months. Most times there has been an issue with my order, including today. Today I decided to go back to the store because my quesadilla had chicken and did not have salsa - I could not eat it. I was given a remake, but nothing else was offered for the trouble. Would have been nice to get a remake and a card for a freebie on my next visit. If you choose to order, make sure it is correct before leaving! I guess that goes for anything, but it'll especially help avoid disappointment here.

Not sure why TSC has such a low rating. I recently discovered this place and the smoothies and FOOD I’ve tried have been really, really good. Love the side of sweet potatoes.
