An excellent Wendy's location. They're fast to service. Rarely out of items. When you're handed your bag 9 times out of 10 it has all the items you need to enjoy your food. My favorite Wendy's in Richmond.

By far, the worst Wendys I havevever been too. Ordered combo meal and they charged extra for fries and would not refund the cost. Aldo, ordered a medium combo and gave us small sodas. Fo not go to thid location. They are really rude. Doc

This Wendy's takes FOREVER. It appears they have only a couple employees. I don't even know if customers are allowed inside. Taking your orde ris a 10 minute wait then another 10 for food even if nobody is in line.

Can't rate the food because they wouldn't accept my order at the drive-thru, they said they were only accepting mobile orders even though they were supposed to be open for another 3 and 1/2 hours.

We got some coupons in the mailSo decided to check it out for breakfast. Rolled up about 8:45, no answer at the drive thru. Waited until 9 when the dinning room was supposed to open only to find the door still locked. Tried the drive thru again and no answer. There was definitely an employee inside just chilling. What a waste of 20 minutes.

$20.00 for 2 Dave's singles, fries and cokes. I was told I had to wait on fries so I thought I was going to get fresh hot fries but no just cold ones. Burger was old and could tell it had been sitting around too long. All of this for $20 bucks.

I have found Wendy's breakfast to be inconsistent. Sometimes really good and other times biscuits hard and sandwich old. I guess not enough breakfast customers to keep be the biscuits moving.

Ordered hamburgers for us but got cheese burgers instead. They did get the other two plain cheeseburgers right. The dogs loved them.

I went around 12:15 so it was busy. My order took a little while but all the employees I interacted with were very polite and kept apologizing thanking me my patience. The food was very good.

I don’t think this Wendy’s has gotten my order right a single time in the last year of going here. Go somewhere else, don’t waste your money

I want to sincerely thank the staff at this Midlothian Wendy’s location. I somehow left my credit card behind almost a week ago, and after frantically searching for it at home, I decided to call the restaurant since that was my last physical “swipe.” They had my card! They kept it safe for me with no fraudulent charges or frustration in getting it back. I simply swung by the drive-thru window and chatted with the team. It’s refreshing to know that there are still honest people in this world. Thank you, Wendy’s Midlo Crew!

This is the worst and dirtiest location I’ve ever seen. They need to be shut done by the department of health. Food inspector needs to visit this location. I witness an employee stick in bare hands in the fries and starting eating some. Look at the employee with no gloves
